- This is one of my favs to do live. I love the energy of this song. The original chorus had a line about bereft mice that Ty wouldn't stand for. The new line's better anyway. "I missed out on the best of you" was "Even the mice are bereft of you". You know, it's about a lab tech who falls for his assistant. Now that she's grown up, and become really hot... even the lab mice miss her. Alright, it was a stretch.
I wish the whole bathroom sessions were on a CD.
Honestly, this is one of BNL's best works. It is harmonically complex and lyrically sweet. Thanks for sharing these. About every couple of months I come back to this channel and revisit my favorite band. Love BNL!

IKR! I found this song out about one week ago (no pun intended), and I was in love with the lyrics and the harmonies between all the members! It’s not the best bnl song but it’s definitely one of the more underrated ones.

I saw them in 2015, Ed brought his kids on stage to play, one plays drums, the other guitar, and once they finished, he just goes "THIS IS OUR RETIREMENT PLAN" and I couldn't agree more.
They are one of my fave musical duo's ever. Grew up going to their concerts every time they came to town and listening to them every day.

God this brings back so many memories, not just of the number of times i spent listening to this video 3 odd years ago, but back to the time when they started, how they progressed as a band, how they are now etc. Brings tears to my eyes and i'm a fully grown man (atleast I like to think i am). You guys and your music mean so much to me and I know it means so much to a heck of a lot more people as well. Never stop being awesome

Both Ed and Steve have amazing voices & seem to be doing fine apart, but when they're together, it's AWESOME!!!! I too wish they were still together.

It's almost disgusting how with so much energy and love for your fans you still have had almost no commercial success in the UK. I honestly think you guys are the best band on the planet, and I wish the public would stop buying into the latest winner of Idol and start listening to the amazing music you guys have been making for over 15 years.

This has been my favorite song for over ten years now, and I always hopped I'd see them and they'd play this. The day I was going to get tickets to see them was the day I'd heard Steven left the band. (and all my friends bailed on going) so I guess it'll never happen. At least I'll always have this.

Makes me want to go lock myself in my bathroom with my web cam and guitar and well do nothing, can't play a note or sing, think I will just watch! Eww does that sound a little creepy, watching 2 grown men in a bathroom. LOL

I first heard stunt when I was over at my cousins for a weekend. Wonderful album. Each track still plays like one-hit-wonders to this day. I bought the album shortly after and have been listening to it ever since. These bathroom sessions are awesome. It just goes to show bnl doesn't have an ego. They will sell you a record but at the same time they will post a cover of their professional songs on youtube, pretty cool!
