According to the modernists the Church of Rome was erring before Vatican 2. According to the traditionnalists the Church of Rome is erring since Vatican 2. All of them agree that the Church of Rome erred at some point and therefore the dogma proclamed in Dictatus Papae (1075) _that the Roman Church will never err in all eternity_ is a false belief. Meaning that Rome was already proclaming dogmas that have been demonstrated as false as soon as 20 years after the Great Schism of 1054.
