I remember watching your “day in the life of an engineering student (first year)” back in grade 11. Now I’m in my 2nd year of engineering, crazy how fast time flies. Keep up the good work ❤❤❤
Watching this from Kenya 🇰🇪. Am a mechanical engineering student in my second year. I remember watching your videos before i enrolled in this course. The going is good and am glad to see you going on well. Keep doing you. You are a wonderful inspiration.
Been a Mechanical Engineer for a few years now and I love it. I do miss the late night study nights and Wawa runs with my friends. Watching this reminded me of all the cool projects I miss working on in school
wow bro , u looked so fresh and energized. i hope u are doing good in your uni life and i like to watch the videos u made, they're inspiring. Good luck with your studies and life. peace..
Its nice to see your day in the life. Pretty different to mine. I´m currently on my final year as a mechanical engineering student as well, over here in Mexico, its 5 years though. Wish you the best man!
Love the video, I am finally going back to school after so long. Company is paying for my school 100% of it so i am taking advantage the program and studying Computer Information Systems. Going to be different with all the Chat Gpt tools to help study and help with homework. Good Luck to everyone next semester
Stumbled across your videos while having my dinner and I gotta say the quality is amazing! Subbed 5 mins in ahaha 🎉 In my final year of high school and you make engineering look fun even though it’s tough. Anyways goodluck with the rest of the year ❤
I graduated in mechanical engineering last year, and it seemed like 4 years of my life was wasted, I learned how to solve these complex equations, but I never learned how to use these things in real life, which always frustrates me.
From your thoughts did you like using your macbook or do you regret it. I am looking to major in electrical engineering and I don’t know what laptop to get
What MacBook do you recommend or use? I want to buy a new one for college for mechanical engineering and I don’t know which one to buy. Btw great video 👌
I personally use the M1 Max 16" MacBook Pro because I need the power for video editing. But honestly any of the recently released M-series Macs with at least 16GB of RAM would do the trick just fine. However, a number of Engineering apps are only compatibility with Windows (like SolidWorks or Micro Cap). These are possible to run on Mac with Parallels for Mac 19 (if you wanna do this you should get more RAM). So pick the operating system you prefer and get something with decent graphics.
At Western University specifically, all first-years go through what is called 'Common First-Year' where they all take the same courses (Chemistry, Physics I and II, etc.) and pursue their preferred specialization. On average, a student would take 7 courses per semester which all have lectures, tutorials and labs associated with them.
I'm also a mechanical engineer currently in 3rd yr . Could you tell me what types of skills required as a design mechanical engineer in western side apart form solid work, catia. The job scenario of mechanical engineer in western side is good or bad? . Finding job are difficult or not? Please tell
Some good skills to have as an engineer include knowledge in finite element analysis (FEA) and in industry specific software such as MATLAB and other CAD softwares. It is also important to have strong problem solving abilities, a good understanding of manufacturing processes, and excellent communication skills. Regarding the job scenario in the West, it can vary depending on specific locations, industries, and economic conditions. But generally, mechanical engineering is a versatile field with a decent demand. But it would say that the job market is on a decline recently, so it would be harder to find a job at the moment.
Bro left for a couple of years, got new guns and upgraded his editing skills to god level. Good for you man, this is some amazing stuff.
Thank you!
This guy is so underrated

Thanks! That’s so cool! Good luck with the finals that are approaching soon
The story telling in this is insane. Very productive day though

That’s a good idea for a milestone subscriber special! I edit my videos with Final Cut Pro X
