Coat closet AND a REAL linen closet! Will wonders never cease. I love this hour. Great kitchen and a great pantry. I love the shelves in the master closet as well. Really love this house.
well I actually LOVE the smaller room that is connected to the master bedroom. I would put a tv and some kind of seating in there . That way when my hubby cant sleep, he can have a place closer to the bed room to watch tv and I wont be disturbed while trying to sleep or visa versa.. I actually LOVE the way this home is set up.. I love the coat closet as you come through the front door. and the living room is actually a nice size.. The family room is also in the proper place in the home..The only complaint that I have is that there is no storage in the bathrooms for tooth paste and razors and combs and such.. Other than that... this home is great.
That could work. It will actually work for whatever you choose. I would say a baby room though, but I think it's actually meant to be a dressing room or extra storage. My friend had a house like this and she used the extra room for her toddler, but her was way bigger. I never seen any house like that again until now.
Thanks to the guy filming for opening all the closet doors. It is so frustrating to watch home tours where the male filming the tour completely ignores every closet except the master bedroom. From a female prospective, we NEED to see inside EVERY closed door and drawer, if possible, to determine the suitability of a potential home.
I personally would add more material and connect the columns to the walls to eliminate that small gap. Plus, it'd add small space for plants or decorations.
@@Dirtymax_Danimal Yes, because part of it for the closet and the other part for the dressing area. No need to walk out of the closet and then into another room for dressing. Also, put a full length mirror or two in there and you'll be set. You could even tear down most of the wall to make a half wall, then it could be purposed for a quick seat, and even laying the clothes on it while you are trying them on and checking yourself.
Nice layout. Would like a sink in the laundry room but love the jack and Jill bathroom. The only thing missing is the price. Also appreciate the lack of constant chatter.
Very Nice and Spacious !! Love the Color's used . . . from the Flooring, Paint, Cabinet's, Light Fixture's, and also the Countertop's. I think they used some Metal Strip's, to Divide the Room's, so Need Wood, to Match the Flooring. Tell them to Change the Batteries in the Smoke Detector's. Would also Prefer a Cook top Stove, with Double Oven's, on the Wall. Today, No one Want's to "stand on their head," to mess with a Big ole' Stove.
I just keep coming back to this video. I just love the layout of this home how the Master is away from everything else with it's own retreat! Everyone is saying how the secondary bedrooms are so small, well, trust if you grew up in NY the smallness of those bedrooms would seem very minor! Everything else that I will gain is well worth it, because I know I would not be able to afford anything close to this size house or if it was a condo layout in NY although, the actual size of my bedroom is bigger than that one & I do have two small closets & putting them together still will not make the size of this little walk in closet in this house & I definitely do not have a Master retreat & my rent is $2250 just for a two bedroom & one bath!!!
Would prefer tankless water heater but everything is great. For all those worrying about home value decreasing yearly, I wud invest in a prime piece of land and put my home on it
I would make it a 3 bedroom take the 4th bedroom and divide it to make bigger rooms and bathroom. Take away the retreat and add that space to bathroom and closet. Close in wall for den

Now # 1 Jack & Jill bathroom I would have put a walk in shower. That way there would be to options for the two bathrooms. # 2 Master bedroom - close wall at sitting area and make one hole walk in closet. 3. The 3 arches is a bit much ! everything else looks top of the class y’all !!!!
Can you buy the blueprints for these homes? I was told in my area of the country these homes don't do well, but with blueprints we could replicate it in stick build.

Very nice, but the bedrooms are too small. The room off of the dining room to me is a waste of space, and is not necessary. They could have put that square footage in some of the bedrooms.
I agree but can draw your own idea like close off and make a bedroom and they can include in the plan or make like a children’s room with a place to entertain their friends 👫, I think. You know the way they make an area in the basement for the children, but I would want it in the farthest room back because of the noise and ask that that room be double insulated.
I want one but I have no place to park it How do you do that I don't own any land would want it close to stores. And everything else . I have a hundred questions but I want one.
The "kid's" rooms are quite narrow. Kitchen looks great, though walk through is so fast it's hard to take it all in. Love look of counter-tops - unsure of material. Cabinets, layout and pantry are great. Master bed, bath and walk-in also great, except in shared bathroom commode should always have a door. The open floor plan of living, family, dining rooms and kitchen is awesome, though agree with Ms. Cody that odd columns next to partial wall segments looks - weird.
