Nice review. I have been wearing Korkers river ops for the last 2.5 years and they are beat and bother my left heel. I just ordered 3 more pair of various korkers (2 will go after trying them on)because I have the replacement soles.
I noticed your Redingtons which I had before the river ops. How’s does the back eddys compare to that boot?
    Thanks

Thanks for the comment, I had a pair of Korkers and lost one of the soles. Later floating on a different river I saw a sole wedged into some debris. My Redingtons are meh. The heel pocket is very stiff and causes blisters on my ankle. If I know I'll be walking a lot, like miles and miles the Simm's Flyweight is good. For the $$ the Deep Eddy's are great though. Tight lines 🐟🎣

I really enjoyed your video. I wear a 10.5 shoe size. What do you recommend for me to order, a size 10 or 11? These don't come in half sizes.

I would get the 11. For comfort and warmth I usually wear a thin wool sock with a thicker wool sock over it. Tight Lines! 🎣

Here I was thinking you had to portage your canoe around the beaver dam. I hadn't considered you going through it!

Ya, over the top. The woods are too thick to go around.

Those eyelets wide open or meshed? Fish a lot of sandy silty River in WI... Boots filling with sand ruins a good trip.

Eyelets are open. Are you saying they fill and get uncomfortable?

@@GuideRecommended Thanks! Have used other boots that have wide open drainage holes, had to remove the boots and rinse out all the sand that gets sucked in every 5 steps. Trout streams in Central WI are mostly fine sand and silt. It's like having a one-way valve in your boots. Sand/water in, but only water out.

I've got some new waders, those zippered kind. I'm just waiting for one more leak in my current ones that have three tubes of Aquaseal on them. Tight Lines! 😊😊 🐟🎣
