Your explanation is simple and understandable. I have a query. The MES metre shows there is 3 phase but DB in the home showed only 2 phase. How to go about it.
In a three-phase electrical system, RYB is a phase sequence that refers to the order in which the voltages of the three phases peak: R: Red phase reaches its peak first in a counter-clockwise direction Y: Yellow phase peaks 120° later than R B: Blue phase peaks 240° later than R

You're using three phase connection in your house mean you're using high load in your house, we have three phase so you can split the loads, first phase is for lighting and fans etc… second phase is for mixi, grinder, TV, and others… Third phase is for AC, Inverter system etc… So depends on the load you can split the loads for each phase this is why we are using three phase connection in our house Otherwise we can use single phase power supply for small houses which is consuming less power In single phase we can use up to 20A, your load capacity is crossing the 20A you have to use three phase… if any problem occurs in your house you can isolate the phases, so you can isolate the faulty phase from main DB and you can run other phases, so you will get continuous power supply… There is no less consumption in three phase, consumption is based on your daily usage of electricity loads. You're using high load in your house daily mean you will get high electricity bill even it's running on both 1phase or 3phase.
@@factsandfun5795 Thanks , This makes sense. Since I have a Distribution box with full of Trippers , each tripper handles one area of house so If I install this Junction box then I'd be able to get continous power supply that's a good advantage. So you mean to say I've to get the connection to these trippers from these 3 phase Junction box right ? 1 phase for one set of trippers and 2nd phase for another set of trippers and 3rd phase for 3rd set of trippers.
Thank you so much bro ... And very well explained...It works..
Welcome 👍

Is it any secret? Little louder please. SQ..
Apologize..
