How do you avoid orange peel and needing to sand after painting?

Use 2k clear.

Is it laquer or acrylic paint. Because 2 Bar is pretty high for acrylic.

This is lacquer, however, i spray acrylic at 2 bar aswell. Keep in mind, just because it works for me, does not mean it works for you and your setup
