    Wow! How do you get such clear audio, completely free of external noise like wind, etc? Just curious...

      There's a system of mics placed throughout the tower at each belfry that allows for this more balanced sound. If you were to record the sound within the playing cabin, you'd end up with a bunch of humming and clanking noises from the instrument's mechanics and the general ambience of having lights and a computer fan in the same room.
      As for external wind noise, it just happened to be a sunny day without any traffic! With the way the louvres of the tower are set up, wind noise can actually be pretty loud even if it's just a little. Luckily that noise can't be heard if you're listening from the ground.
      If you're unlucky in your recording session you might hear some honking or a siren too
