DBS surgery brought an end to a decade-long struggle for our 55-year-old Parkinson's patient from Lebanon. The inability to walk, neck tilting, and dyskinesia caused by medications had negatively impacted her life. This successful surgery performed in Istanbul significantly improved her quality of life.
