I'd really like to know the truth about certain parts of WW2 as well, certain things are obviously false and soviet propaganda while other things are possibly true just not in the way it's been reported, as long as there are political or ideological or national gains to be made if things happened a certain way and the people who stand to gain are the people transmitting the information there's no way to be certain. For instance the R-chimpanzee of Germany by Russians which made it look like a second Nanking after Germany fell, regardless of how bad the Nazis might have been it was civilians that bore the brunt of that atrocity which is never spoken of.

Both huge books, both nearly 1000 pages, one about 870 the other 975 i i think but they are both well worth it, they the two funniest books I have read in my life and im fairly well read.
Both books are written as conspiracy head f*cks.
The illuminatus trilogy is more balls out and comedic/fantastical time spanning mess that flits randomly through mental Atlantis mega illuminattti stories, a crazy one about the first cell splitting, robot presidents, a British agent 00007 called fission chips that gets sucked into illuminattti LSD cults, Nazi zombies at the bottom of a German lake and was referenced in loads of art since it was made.
Robert Anton Wilson was very funny and had researched many conspiracy theories and was very well read in many things.
Gravities rainbow is more darkly humorous, psychological, technically challenging and harder to read.
It is totally bat shit crazy and although much darker and grimmer in parts it is still balls out crazy like the illuminatus trilogy also.
It is set in WW2 and im not even going to try to explain it's story but it is totally convoluted and nuts and I have always wanted to research some of its conspiratorial elements regarding Nazis and socialism and international buisness cartels.
Pynchon was a genius and an obviously well read engineer and due to never having the time to research it I lack the knowledge to outright debunk some of the crazy stuff in that book.
It always resonated with me because I had read Anthony c sutton work and part of the plot line of that book is basically like the work of Anthony c Sutton garnished with heavily technical scientific information, jokes, crazy scenes involving Nazi corporate IG faben men holding seances with the the ghost of the ex Weimar era Jewish economic minister Walter Rathanue, descriptions of international buisness cartels and dotted with facts that I have yet to check up on, the book is very clever and has a "f*ck you your not clever enough to know if this is all bullshit off the top of your head" feel to it.
      Very witty and so funny.
If you think the paranoid writings of "the spymaster" are good for shits and giggles you should check out these two jokers thatarent paranoid schizophrenics and wrote amazing conspiracy themed stories for fun.

To add something to the name conspirancy at 10:00: The lastname "Gruber" in german means that someone lives in a valley (Schlucht or Grube in german). So this name is very common in the mountainous regions in bavaria and austria. What the "Schickl" part means, i can't tell you but I have a guess: Because the name Gruber is so common (it's the most common name in whole austria up to this date) the people used additions to make their name more unique. Those additions are also very common with other widespread lastnames like Meier, etc.
So maybe the ancestors of the Schicklgruber's lifed in a valley next to a mountain which was called "Schick" by the nearby villagers so the name Schicklgruber was born. That's it... Sometimes easy explanations are the right ones.

At best, you could extract the word "Grube" from the name, which means "pit" (as in gravel pit), but the word for the digger who digs up sth. is different due to grammar (that would be "Gräber", and the ä is pronounced as an e as in "verify"). So the entire translation of the allegedly destroyed "records" is nonsense (also, I didn't know records were kept at graveyards ;) also, Döllersheim likely is too small to have a local authority, which is were such records are actually kept, as that village is administrated from the town of Zwettl, which is the county/district's main town).

If the author thought he was getting a privileged look at secret society insights and the like, then he's deluded.
Fact is stranger than fiction, but these authors tend to appeal to the human tendency to deny their own status as a predator - as if we are all innocent little sheep who would never start the international version of a bar brawl without the influence of malign secret societies and hidden royal lines.
Which... Many of these authors also stop short of actually addressing - the family lines and secret societies. The authors never bother to distinguish between the nation and the societies operating within or through it and tend to preserve the modern societal lens of monolithic nations of centralized governments at the apex of power and authority; that a nation's power and influence can be summed up and directed by its government.
People don't realize how ... Socialized... Their view of civilization has become over the decades and how normal it is to define the government as the sum of all productive energies.
Anyway - the issue is rather simple and obvious when you take a step back from the timeline. This English I am using - it is, more or less, a germanic inflection on French - which is, itself, something of an italicized German. When Rome made its way through Europe and conquered or consolidated the tribes, those who sought to interface with this higher power... Higher society ... Learned the Latin language - which is still used to define scientific classifications and even judicial terms. Thus, the language of the educated became latin until the Dark Ages, when France and French became the center of High Society. It was the French who conquered Briton and therefore all of high society and education gravitated toward French and the French royal lines.
Which... The various royal lines were endorsed and/or established by the Roman Catholic Church - at least early on.
So, as the saying goes - the sun may never set on the british empire, but all roads lead to Rome.
Most authors pushing the ideas of secret societies and hidden royal lines stop short of discussing this part of history and just talk in circles - either deliberately or because they, themselves, cannot escape the modern lens of what forms power/authority and legitimacy. The assassination if Arch Duke Ferdinand is seen as a conflict among nation states, but when you look at the coat of arms for him and his wife and look at the systematic purge of the Romanovs and other lines maternally connected - the argument can be made that events like Castle Itter make a lot of sense as 'the hidden hand' changing its guard. A shame none of the germans at the prison survived to give an account of what was going on there.
These authors are often targets of disinformation campaigns and get various types who have a narrative to spin.
My entry into the world of the ... 'unreal' is a little more sublime. I met a Serbian girl who spoke Japanese because her father, a ranking Yugoslavian military officer, was in Japan up until 1998-ish. Only bits and pieces of the story could be verified by myself - and some of it came from the very curious types around her. She had an interesting story about her twin dying in front of her during some social upheaval. She focused in on the idea it was "her face" that had been killed.
Now... It was just some strange things - but it led me down a bit of a rabbit hole and a lot of europe's royal lines come out of Montenegro - a maternal group that pretty much ended with Anastasia Romanov - or I should say, their effective presence in the royal lines.
Just... Weird stuff that makes you wonder how much, even into the modern era, the feuds among blood play into war and economics. We think we are a modern society unbound from royal lines - but I can point to the Clintons, Bush family, etc. Sometimes, the more things change, the more they stay the same.
These families could, instead of being bound to a single national identity, operate through the legal and political systems of multiple nations, be significant or majority share holders in many globe-spanning corporations, etc.
Of course, all of this is interesting... But what was in it for Rome and to what extent does its influence still remain - or in what way was that system a vehicle for the powers of Rome?
Stuff to think about. The real secret societies and hidden hand tend to ghost write for fiction series/authors. But, of course, it's not a direct account and therefore you will only ever get ideas, concepts, a few metaphors or analogies.
Why do they do that? Because they get bored. Some seem to troll each other quite a bit. And the general population gets in on it, too. After all, they are just as human as the rest of humanity and enjoy simple things.
But like I said, it is a rabbit hole.
      My point?
It's less that Hitler was a British agent and more that Britain was a tool in the hands of royal interests... Who were well established in America, who benefitted greatly from the transfer of power to America following World War 2. If your view centers around nations - then the British came out weaker following world war 2 ... If your view is more focused on the influence of family lines and their work across nations... The British have never been stronger.

There rarely is such a thing as the official narrative. There are more accepted narratives than there were countries involved in the war and they are constantly being changed as new information comes out and sensibilities and biases change. But the point is once you start looking for secret boogeymen you are going to see them everywhere. It is important to be skeptical of other's interpretations but that skepticism should be based on some kind of evidence.
