I'm a massive Fury fan and his story helped me in a real bad time. Brian's Newcastle reference was spot on. The first Fury interview you did was great, and your only mistake in the the other interview was asking questions his real fans wanted answers to.
Dubois needed to beat AJ to show that he was a legitimate champion. Why does the champion Dubois have to prove that twice, and at the same time, why does AJ get a rematch which is a 2nd shot at the title? especially after losing the way AJ did.
Because AJ draws crowds and makes big money fights. That rematch generates a lot of money its nothing more complicated than that. "If it makrs money, it makes sense" essentially..these guys are prize fighters. Follpwing the money clears up any confusion..actions become much clearer to understand
@@___Saint its like Hearn and AJ said "man just zip it, there is no rematch.. what big money, there's no rematch" LMAO. Team AJ have yet to reveal why they don't want the rematch..maybe its not enough money lol. You were saying? Lol

Really? Encouraging a duck? AJ loses stock if he doesn’t face Dubois again. Either way Aj is done. Been saying from early doors AJ is flat footed and he is getting caught out for it time and time again
Fury may have been a big underdog against Klitschko due to Klitschko's long unbeaten record but that came against cherry picked lower ranked opponents. He bored the hell out of everyone to get the win behind the jab ; fair play did the job but still lets not pretend it was incredible especially since Klitschko was past 40. His only other "achievements" were requiring a trilogy to assert dominance over a guy who before and since has never beaten a top 20 ranked fighter. His best fight without a doubt was the defeat to Usyk...at the mid way point of that fight he had a genuine chance to win but unfortunately for him Usyk made the adjustments required to turn that fight around (using more lateral movement to avoid being consistently caught by the jab/uppercut which was happening in rounds 4 to 6). The hitman episode where he meekly signed the photo tells you all ; Usyk OWNS him now and I've no doubt whatsoever that Usyk wins in December particularly as the ref and a judge won't be on his side this time given a lucrative fight with AJ becomes more legit if he LOSES the fight.
Usyk doesn’t make adjustments, because he doesn’t need to… he knows everything before the fight! During the fight he puts the pedal off the gas to tire opponent down! Against Fury he put the pedal off the gas in 4th up till 6th round , made him throw more and feel himself more comfortable , he absolutely duped Fury there 😅 Even his coach told him “He isn’t engaged right now” so Usyk slowed down cause Tyson was resting, he was reserving the energy) Fury looked tired in 5th round already… not much but he he tried to convince everyone that he isn’t tired and that he is winning, he is an absolute master at this art, but Usyk is smarter… Usyk never goes for a K.O even in later rounds, he can but he doesn’t risk because he knows that he’s winning regardless…. Rewatched the fight and saw how in the middle of the 10th round Fury stuck in the corner, smiling but Usyk took a step back , he didn’t jump on him, so clear to me that took the pedal off the gas AGAIN)) he is always ahead of everyone…. Even in mind games, he always in someone’s head and how he is bigging his opponents up😅 “that was my hardest fight “ . I mean Fury wasn’t his toughest opponent, it wasn’t easy at all but not toughest)) he plays possum in interviews, in fights, for judges as well But Fury is elite in general also, his skills and specially mind games and playing chess. But Usyk is miles better than all of them… I still think he was overtrained in that fight, in rematch he will be better! He is slowing down, he is 5-10% worse than in Joshua 1… That form was unbeatable by anyone in history To beat him you have to knock him out, period… but you must have a certain skill set and not be afraid of being knocked out yourself! Fury has first but I’m not sure about second
@@ДімаКовальовський So you're saying he deliberately took those big uppercuts which rocked him in those rounds? @@dontbewoke it was a lack of concentration from Usyk!! I imagine he was more hurt in the fight that reported. For him not to be able to fight in Feb' I think he got a serious concussion and advised to stay out of the ring until the concussion has passed. But he realises just how mad powerful Dubois is and the real danger of lasting damage. Not rematchng Dubois will be a stain on his record that won't go away. But it's all about money Joshua calls boxing 'business' - Dubois calls it fighting. so hearn will fart out excuses why the rematch isn't happening and joshua will kick back until next summer for a big final saudi payday for both him and fury, he won't risk another battering by dubois before that.
I don’t think there is a world where AJ beats fury, i think that’s clear unfortunately? I’m saying this as an AJ fan. Fury is a workhorse in the ring, we saw it in that usyk fight, he won’t be caught lacking again. After the Ngannou show
Prizefighting, whether it's boxing, MMA, etc., is first, last, and ALWAYS, about money, because, by definition, it's a business. Yes, prizefighting is a sport, but that's just the category of business that it is. Why is this so hard to understand?
I think that the case could be made at this point that Usyk belongs in the top 10 all-time heavyweights. The Usyk-Fury rematch could tell us if Fury belongs there too.
If Fury loses to Usyk and AJ wins against DDD then the AJ Vs Fury will be bigger than with any other outcome. Because it will be the best of the rest and we know it will be a very entertaining fight with their styles. AJ can even loose a second time to DDD and the fight can still be just as big since AJ has never lost to anyone that Fury has beat so still unanswered questions which makes the fight appealing
One thing that must be eating away at AJ a lot is that the rematch with Dubois IS A TITLE FIGHT. How often does a boxer ever get the chance to fight for a world title? Not only that but for an aging AJ this would be probably one of his last chances plus it's a chance to be a THREE TIME champ which after losing to Ruiz, twice to Usyk and then to Dubois, would be a great legacy recovery achievement since he'd still have achieved something rare regardless of those losses. Finally, not only would all of the above reasons be very tempting pushes for AJ to rematch Dubois, but after the shalakin he got by Daniel, flipping the script and demolishing Daniel would be like AJ hitting a reset button and he'd suddenly be considered right up at the top of the tree again chasing the undisputed. It can really change that quick for AJ with a win over Dubois. The thing is though, as we all know including AJ, if he were to rematch Dubois and get badly battered and stopped again, I'm not sure he'd ever want to risk taking another brain damaging experience like that ever again with all the money and success he's achieved, regardless of Fury not being a big power puncher. Once the punch resistance ain't great and on the decline then even some solid shots from Fury would buckle and wobble AJ. Sure, AJ has serious punch power to mash anyone he catches clean but still, we're not talking about AJ fighting average Joe's.
i dont think aj and dubois will fight again, i think they're just making a lot of noise about it but ultimately aj's team won't let him near ddd unless it's to cash out. aj isn't going to better at this stage, whereas dubois definitely is
Gordie it is NOT A DISGRACE if AJ gets the Fury fight. Because Fury fought Wilder 3x and Chisora 3x’s the AJ fight been on hold for 100 years. Man make the damn fight.
AJ brings a name that’s it, want to see 1 of 2 things. Be a fighter and take the immediate rematch, if AJ wins fights the winner of Usyk Fury. Or Retire from boxing now. If Tyson wins and Dubois beats whoever he faces next if not AJ then May next year want to see Tyson Vs Dubois. Want to see the best fighting the best. AJ has had more comebacks than Rocky Balboa.
dont care what anyone says AJ wasnt AJ against DDD! if josh had gone gun shy again he would have played it safe and boxed the ears off DDD. There were issues in camp and he must of been carrying an injury hence why he went for it instead of jabbing his way back into it
How many times do we need to make excuses for him? He's been at the top of the sport and stayed for a while and since then he's lost 4 times. He got chinned, his hands were down and has lost punch resistance. If he was to go out after a win he should pack it up and be proud of a great career
I would think you guys could see AJ's not mentally into this anymore. Its SERIOUS to get in the ring with any of the top heavyweights. Dangerous stuff and no matter your physical condition or general in the gym skills, you have to have the mentality to do it. AJ did so much for the sport. Overall seems like a good guy, but let him go golf, or DJ, or whatever it is he's into. Its over.

Tyson’s going to lose again so he’ll have two losses, so Aj could have another shot at ddd and if he loses again. Then Tyson and Aj could fight both coming off two losses each.
If Fury beats Usyk then it's immediately a trilogy next for Fury since that fight would be bigger and make the most sense including for Usyk obviously. Don't misunderstand, a Fury v AJ showdown would also be a massively sellable fight and Fury would most definitely want that fight too since it also makes a lot of sense compared to fighting a less interesting fight against Parker or one of the other established names, and certainly not worth risking a less financially beneficial fight against some hungry young lion that could savage the now aging Fury. But from AJ's perspective, he'll definitely be hoping Fury loses because that's the only way he gets that AJ v Fury fight next, otherwise he'll have to wait and probably need to risk a "keep busy" fight against Whyte or maybe even Wilder which are fights AJ will feel he can win reasonably comfortably but who'd bet against Whyte or Wilder catching AJ with a crisp bomb and it's a total disaster for AJ so he really does need Fury to lose to Usyk again lol! Parker's proven himself just to be way too well coached and risky for AJ imho and Zhang is a very powerful and intelligent southpaw to risk... other fighters are either too young and dangerous or not interesting to bother taking the risk lol.
After Fury vs Usyk 2, I no longer have any interest in Heavyweight boxing. All of our questions about this current generation have pretty much been answered. I couldn't care less about Fury and AJ. They are both past their primes or in the cAse of Fury have always been a fraud.
I don’t think AJ v Fury is deserved right now, but before Dubois it was. However, AJ v Fury is definitely a better fight from AJ’s pov. And we do all want to see AJ and Fury. There’s time to rematch Dubois later as Dubois isn’t retiring soon. Fury won’t be around much longer.
The smartest fight for AJ would be fighting Wilder, I think he beats WIlder with ease, and it will keep him busy until he can fight Fury, also I think WIlder would do it, and I still think it would sell
Joshua needs to fight Wilder before Fury. Fury is number 1 in that group so Joshua and Wilder need to prove who is number 2. Fury may even beat Usyk in the rematch. I've never seen Fury looking so healthy and determined. So we may end up with Fury Usyk 3 anyway so if Joshua skips Dubois for Fury he may not get that fight anyway! Zhang and Bakole need to fight, battle of the bangers. And Parker has EARNED a title fight so he should fight Dubois.

Ddd knows that AJ is scared of him and knows ddd would win again if he doesn’t rematch him: he always said he wanted to become a 3X but all I see now is he wants out, he wants the fury fight and then retire. AJ would have before wanted to correct that loss, correct the uysk loss and then fury fight. But now all I see is him not caring anymore, and that would make his career drop massively and loads wouldn’t respect him to leave boxing and not correct that terrible loss he just had to ddd. That was bad! How can he live with himself knowing he walked away and didn’t try!! So bad.
@@leilasuley I’d stick to mr universe if you are a fan of AJ…. Clearly a fan of his physique and not his boxing ability… his footwork is better suited to that game 😂😂😂

Dubois’s biggest problem is confidence, and keeping it. Once he figured out how to believe in himself, he’s been unapproachable. The opposite can be said for AJ, he’s beatable by ANYBODY who can press his buttons.
your analysis is the best!!!! you and ADE top notch....thank you!!!
You are good at this, very relaxed talker.
Don't think that was best version of AJ but it is a super dangerous rematch so think Eddie just tryna min/max.
I'm a massive Fury fan and his story helped me in a real bad time. Brian's Newcastle reference was spot on. The first Fury interview you did was great, and your only mistake in the the other interview was asking questions his real fans wanted answers to.
Love listening to Joey
Dubois needed to beat AJ to show that he was a legitimate champion. Why does the champion Dubois have to prove that twice, and at the same time, why does AJ get a rematch which is a 2nd shot at the title? especially after losing the way AJ did.
Because AJ draws crowds and makes big money fights. That rematch generates a lot of money its nothing more complicated than that. "If it makrs money, it makes sense" essentially..these guys are prize fighters.
Follpwing the money clears up any confusion..actions become much clearer to understand
@@___Saint rematch not happening anyway ;) probably doesnt make enough money lol

This is good news. Dubois is all wrong for AJ. AJ should absolutely stay away from that man.

Great show with two of the best in the business ❤
Against Fury he put the pedal off the gas in 4th up till 6th round , made him throw more and feel himself more comfortable , he absolutely duped Fury there 😅 Even his coach told him “He isn’t engaged right now” so Usyk slowed down cause Tyson was resting, he was reserving the energy)
Fury looked tired in 5th round already… not much but he he tried to convince everyone that he isn’t tired and that he is winning, he is an absolute master at this art, but Usyk is smarter… Usyk never goes for a K.O even in later rounds, he can but he doesn’t risk because he knows that he’s winning regardless…. I mean Fury wasn’t his toughest opponent, it wasn’t easy at all but not toughest)) he plays possum in interviews, in fights, for judges as well
But Fury is elite in general also, his skills and specially mind games and playing chess. But Usyk is miles better than all of them… I still think he was overtrained in that fight, in rematch he will be better! He is slowing down, he is 5-10% worse than in Joshua 1… That form was unbeatable by anyone in history
To beat him you have to knock him out, period… but you must have a certain skill set and not be afraid of being knocked out yourself! Fury has first but I’m not sure about second
@@ДімаКовальовський So you're saying he deliberately took those big uppercuts which rocked him in those rounds? Even Usyk himself said they left him with "birds flying around his head" and it was evident in that moment he was rocked. Having said that I agree with everything else you've said , an excellent summary and agree too that Usyk will win in more convincing style next time , probably by stoppage within 8 or 9
@@dontbewoke it was a lack of concentration from Usyk!! He has made a couple of mistakes, leaking those uppercuts which is unacceptable and crucial
You can clearly see how Fury tried to land those uppercuts since round 1, you should be focused and accountable… in 5-6 rounds he took the pedal off the gas but definitely lost focus
Listen, Wlad didn’t just fight cherry picks, he fought the top ranked guys in the division at the time when he was able to, some guys avoided him like the plague and ran to the WBA to try and be champs there. Wilder was overrated 100% but let’s be fair and not diminish his wins over Luis Ortiz who was a top 5 RING Magazine heavyweight at the time.
@@Priceluked Ortiz was beyond 40 and was schooling Wilder until dropped. Like I say , Wilder was the most overrated HW in history ; Furys career is built on sand.

Best boxing channel on yt
I don’t think there is a world where AJ beats fury, i think that’s clear unfortunately? I’m saying this as an AJ fan. Fury is a workhorse in the ring, we saw it in that usyk fight, he won’t be caught lacking again. After the Ngannou show
Who's fury ever beaten? a basketball player and a 40 yr old klitchko, I think aj fury is 5-:50 fury got no chin and doesnt hit hard
Prizefighting, whether it's boxing, MMA, etc., is first, last, and ALWAYS, about money, because, by definition, it's a business. Yes, prizefighting is a sport, but that's just the category of business that it is. Why is this so hard to understand?
Yep, it's literally called 'prizefighting' 🤣🤣they fight for money lol
I enjoyed that! Fair play with men
I think that the case could be made at this point that Usyk belongs in the top 10 all-time heavyweights. The Usyk-Fury rematch could tell us if Fury belongs there too.
Geordie is a humble guy but is right I think joey does know more then Brian. But both good when it comes to talking boxing
The possibility of Fury's chin chipping has always been there as Fury fans lol
lick Furys ringpiece already. Glad Usyk humbled the hype job.
Every big fight will become a trilogy just to satisfy fans' appetite..
AJ’s still a mental question. He needs to re-evaluate his approach to fighting. This is a great discussion.
Not him again.
Daniel V's China Man, will be very similar to Daniel V's Joe Joyce - Daniel's Eye will be Pummelled
It's what Eddie hill's does finds the easyist fights but it doesn't always pay off
Fury's psychological attack on Wilder was perfect in the second fight. Imo
I called the result at the bookies at a *huge* 50/1 too, wasn’t hard given how AJ moves around the ring
Or
Retire from boxing now.
If Tyson wins and Dubois beats whoever he faces next if not AJ then May next year want to see Tyson Vs Dubois.
Want to see the best fighting the best.
AJ has had more comebacks than Rocky Balboa.
They shoulda made AJ Tyson years ago. I'd still watch but it's defo not as big now that what it could have been
dont care what anyone says AJ wasnt AJ against DDD! if josh had gone gun shy again he would have played it safe and boxed the ears off DDD.
Hearn and Joshua said it was a great camp with no underlying injuries
I would think you guys could see AJ's not mentally into this anymore. Its SERIOUS to get in the ring with any of the top heavyweights. Dangerous stuff and no matter your physical condition or general in the gym skills, you have to have the mentality to do it. AJ did so much for the sport. Overall seems like a good guy, but let him go golf, or DJ, or whatever it is he's into. Its over.
If Usyk v Fury is close theres more of an appetite for the 3rd fight than Fury v AJ. AJ could be waiting a year for Fury
Fury's recovery powers are the greatest in history imo, obviously not the most granite but greatest recover ability of it! It's literally mental

Fury keeps talking about trilogy with Usyk. What do you think about that? regardless if he wins or loose?
@9 mins approx AJ wasn't knocked out cold, he was getting to his feet at about 11, but was still gone. Out cold is unconscious on the floor,.
AJ vs Parker, he doesn’t deserve a better fight than that right now. It’s a rematch and Parker as beaten better opposition of recent times
The smartest fight for AJ would be fighting Wilder, I think he beats WIlder with ease, and it will keep him busy until he can fight Fury, also I think WIlder would do it, and I still think it would sell
My guess is that Hearn thinks Fury will loose against Usyk so AJ v Fury will be the battle of the dossers and Dubois can go on to fight Usyk.
Good coverage as always guys.
AJ cannot take, and clearly gets hurt by, a punch in the face.
He should retire, its about health now, not money.
It's mad because if wilder had got a lucky win against zhang everything would be different now
Think Fury is less winnable but far less likely to come on out significantly damaged where as I think DDD is the opposite more winnable much more risk
