Im a soccer fan, but i was addicted to this basketball game when i was a kid, so amazing and funny to play with friends and family!!! Even nowadays i would like to play it with my son and some friends.
Playing this game back then I didn't realize until now that I literally didn't play this game during the week but Saturday and mostly Sundays due to Sundays being game day I played either before game time or after the game only if it been raining that day tho if not mom's made me and my go outside 🤣 miss the late 90s NBA on Sundays on NBC

lol that's just the audio limitations of the snes version. The Genesis version has much more varied announcer lines, and actual music played during gameplay. What a concept. I guess its true. Sega does what NintenDONT 😂

I sucked at this fucking game. I just never could manage the defensive controls. For me, this games was one point for the opponent, then one for me and so on
Obviously, this really sucks compared to the real arcade game. I had the Genesis version, and in some ways it was better than this, but not in every way... I had fun playing the Genesis game with my friends, but the arcade game was light years ahead and super addictive!
It’s a shame we paid 50+ dollars for this BS back in the day. This wasn’t a good version of the arcade. No music during the game, no big heads, horrible sound effects and bad graphics.
So many childhood memories. I miss those days.
