I used to watch my brother play this game on the Genesis while I was waiting my turn to play Kid Chameleon and Ecco the Dolphin. It seemed like an eternity. Thank you for a faithful recreation of my experience as a Genesis user.
Recently bought this & the wrestlemania arcade game for my genesis & my god, this game is so much fun. If you're a basketball fan or just a fan of sports in general, it's super addictive to play
This was one of the games that came with my mega drive. I’m not one to play sports games, but I enjoyed playing this back in the day, and that soundtrack really hit me in the nostalgicles.
I think its one of the few basketball games I could actually play from start to finish, considering the length of the "career" mode. And yes, that soundtrack still sticks out in my brain.
I've always hated the watered down, clunky port the SNES owners were left with Eventhough none of the home console releases tops the original arcade, this is by far the best of them
It's funny cause everyone always cites the SNES as the best system.. but me personally, I felt the Genesis was the king. It had the truest to Arcade matches.
@@Vexxx_en Well, i believe it is more about the work behind the game The SNES received some great Arcade ports, such as TMNT, Knights of the Round,Sunset Riders or MK2 At the end of the day both were great consoles and it was more about what catalogue of games you preferred rather than whhich console was better

i wish this had a true season mode...or like a playoff bracket mode. still my favorite basketball game to sit down and actually play.
