Let’s be real here you said the wing connector isn’t a issue but it was in fact released a part to fix that problem and started installing it in all planes after the first few batches
Brilliant that y'all are listening to your customers and upgrading your models. I'm going to be spending some time in the US next year and this will probably be the first thing I order. Cheers and happy landings.
Some guys were modifying the stab for more “up” travel when wings were swept back. A new controller alone would not correct this? Was it deemed unnecessary to address this?
@@feelgooddany would love to accomplish this. Remember people dont like the price tag that comes with big fully loaded jets so i would only wonder what a dual 105mm would cost.
It's normal ..bigger planes and electronics.. bigger pricetags.!!! My only concern are always if there are spareparts onstock or not 😅 Thanks for the quick reply .. greetings from the Netherlands
I installed the new V2 controller. The maiden flight is planned tomorrow. Is it necessary to add ELV when swinging the wings back? Or does the V2 controller do that like the V1?
@@stephanbrown6724 the airplane if you see it correctly you will not need that extra amount that people are cutting out however, I still do it just to make sure that I have even more travel for anything that I could ever ever want to do with the airplane like when I flew it with a 10,000 mah pack.
@@nbeese that is dependent on if I understand your question and what set up you used. If you were using the internal Gyro of the V1 controller then yes all surfaces had a limitation amount based upon internal settings on the controller. The version two does not have any limitations on any surfaces so you are able to trim and set up the airplane as if you were directly connected to your receiver but yet still gain Gyro stability provided by the internal controller. Hopefully that answers your question if not you can always hit me up on Facebook messenger or send your contact information through sales@bananahobby.com and I can give you a better more clear answer
@@logansmith7962 no sorry these are upgrades to the V1’s. V1 B1 B if set up correctly still is an amazing airplane. These upgrades were created to improve upon versions to make it even better hence why called an upgrades.
Sorry to say but thats just Foolish to think that everything is perfect if it’s expensive. A perfect example is automobiles, at 20k+ theres no way they are without the ability or need to be improved upon. Everything this in this hobby can be improved upon at some level. But the best we can do is to strive to identify areas of improvement before making it to customers and we sure tried to do this. we tested like crazy before and can only improve if items show the need. In this case and in the hands of many customers we saw an option to improve the lancer and we did with the exceptional help of Xfly.
Can you send me the upgraded parts for free since I have version 1? 😅🤣😂 Is this a recall? Just kidding since buying the new controller and wing support mounts. My plane is now $1,000 deep.
@@CptDallas yeah these are upgrades to try and make the V1 even better. the current V1 still works awesome but now we have a couple of options to make it even better

Every manufacturer makes improvements on their jets based on feedback and warranty claims. We’ve put in a ton of work to get this right.

Great upgrades. If I replace the wings someday, I will be happier.
Jeremy, great job on this, I have ordered mine tonight so can't wait to update mine!
Very good video brotha. Going to look at getting one of these.

Awesome the upgrade that was needed. Thank you!!!!
Thanks Jeremy, can't wait to get the upgrades. Sounds like a winner.
Great looking plane
Love your stuff Team Banana!!
Please make a super sukhoi 30 (2x6s) or a F16 105mm ❤

Any chance to see the upgrade board video? It's been two months and I can't seem to find it.
Jeremy I follow and like all your videos , But I cant find a follow up setup video on this upgrade .
Is ther a video?
any comments?
Awesome!
Can the gyro be activated or deactivated from the transmitter?
The upgrade is appreciated! Wondering about the other common mod where people have the need to cut out the elevator to add more rate?

Does the controller/gyro address the issue of not enough elevator throws when the wings are swept?
