This was both very fun and very informative. Perhaps as 2019 continues you can do these for the other main classes and such. If not well then I am just thankfully you had time and requests to do this :).
Update, did the Core power GS build, and it worked like a charm! Feel a bit of frustration with certain enemies not being nice and sitting still for Hundred Blades, but otherwise it was all great stuff!
And then there's me, using shout healer warrior [in every variation, as long as it uses trooper runes and vigorous shout] in open world, and sometimes dungeons, since the first year of the game.

I find pvp succses with axe shield+greats sword and just going for aoe cheese with greatsword and deffense with axe. Rune of strength and maurader sigil is ehat im using .

Hey, sorry for asking a non-related question, but I've recently got a warrior to lvl 80 for the daggers and a guardian to get to the longbow with dragonhunter, but I don't really enjoy it as much. It doesn't really pack a punch, and the weapon skills are a bit boring... It's not really doing it for me (both professions, to be clear (sorry)). I had that feeling before with almost all other classes (except the ranger, b'cause I'm a pleb...). I've watched all your profession video's multiple times, but I can't decide which one to do next, and if I want to play a warrior or guardian anymore... Does anybody have any suggestions? Also, Love the video's. You have great quality and you helped me to get some insight into the game I didn't have before. Thanks for all this. And I hope to see more video's in the future. Nothing to be sorry for! You can ask any question you want! Have you tried Revenant yet? It's also a melee class and allows you to quickly swap playstyle with the use of those legends. On the other hand, you could also go for something entirely different. Try a scholar profession like Necromancer! What do you think about that?
Thanks for these videos, they give great insight into the professions of this game. Also as a returning player to guild wars 2, they have helped me a great deal.
Imagine rambo patching people up and holding a flag the entire battle. This is why banner warrior shouldn't be a thing. Warrior should be a brutal damage dealer, not a gdamn support class.

Warhorn is alright! However, for DPS and Support there are better meta options now. For Support, Banners are the way to go. For DPS you can forget about the banners :)
Yeah, however, banners are placed on the ground and are focussed to stay in one place. The Warhorn gives buffs that improve movementspeed or remove movement impairing effects. You did touch something interesting there. Something I'll take a look at. If I look at the Snow Crows benchmarks they choose for a Torch instead. I think that in the end a torch is better for overall DPS

@@Kyosika strength, discipline, berserker trait lines. Axe axe and great sword. Full berserker gear and trinkets/weapons. Basically pick all damage trait lines or if you need more versatility you can pick more defensive ones like might makes right. Utilities is preference. I use all signets and one stun break/condi cleanse can’t remember it of the top of my head. It does great damage and gets dodge back super quick. Only spec I found so far that beats reaper in damage and survivability in open world. Can also swap out a axe for mace if you need break bar damage.

about DPS, take it with grain of salt,its DPS on golem (all boons,golem have all debuffs and dont move and you dont have to dodge). in normal cases where you actualy have to do shit/CC/phases/dodge/mechanics you will be glad for 15k dps. bers is booring asf,since all you do is pressing 13X F1 during your rotation. sb is for boon removal,which will do basicly any good chrono/rene. so core all the way.
Kyosika I use a Berserker build now, you can get killed pretty easily, but I have a combo, stun the opponent, then activate berserker and deal heavy dmg with dual axes, it usually results in insta kills 😁, also use greatsword for mobility. Try it out in another video, its pretty fun!!

You are right to some extent! You are there to support your allies with banners. However, you have a rotation you can follow for optimal DPS. I often see Banner Supports do more DPS than the DPS professions :)

I recommend the God tier power minion necro for open world. It's a fantastic profession and can solo almost any content.

You only have to drop it once every 90 ish seconds! For the rest you can mash stones and swords into your enemies! >:D

I would choose something else than that build. The traits you need in raids are different from the ones you need in raids! :)

I think it is pretty intense! Yes, the DPS scores are for the golem. In real fights it's lower.
I deal literraly no dmg with the spellbreaker pvp build.... I dont think its good
