Nice video dude! Inspired me to pick my warrior back up after years. Used to play GS axe/shield way back when the game came out and this looks so fun. Earned a subscriber ty bro
Fairly new to the game, can you elaborate on why warrior is the hardest class to roam on? or more specifically I suppose, spellbreaker? I just made a spellbreaker, and have been finding massive success with the Defense Boonbuster build in matchmade PvP, was looking at swapping the Hammer out for Greatsword, as Burcio did in the vid for more mobility in WvW. It seems like a solid setup for open world roaming, but that's without knowing much about the environment out there.
@dellisbeaver8666 it is simple warrior has been geting nerfs in wvw almost every patch and the other classes have been buffed and nerfed ( that is talking over the years in general) and considering that most roamers play runaway or burst builds warriors have hard time catching up to targets and even when they do there is a short period of time for you to do something. WvW is not the same as PvP the balance of skills are not the same about 90% of skills have different stats and/or effects. Still if you like warrior don't let me stop you from playing it, it is still a good class but req way more work in order to catch up to other classes.
@@emil4me thank you for the in depth reply, I wasn't aware WvW had separate balancing. Very nice to see honestly. That would make sense. I started on a Mesmer, so maybe I'll give Virtuoso a shot out there when I get geared up.
I've seen what a warrior can do when he's good, I'm going right back to playing spellbreaker.Especially when I saw that you could beat Willbender, because i played with willbender, but i started the game with warrior.
Hey, I wouldn't use soldier stats on that build. The build is pretty tanky even if you run full zerker. I think I traded as much of the dmg stats for defensive ones as possible to be effective. You are free to try some pieces with soldier stats :)
May I just ask for a quick breakdown of GS vs hammer and rifle vs longbow for warriors? I happen to have quite some success in WvW with a hammer + bow build by runing sigil of celerity + rage on hammer for some uber burst potential when I stun lock, also the F1 skill is super great for breaking up poorly stacked zergs and I think brings a lot of potential and value to a WvW zerg. I'm struggling though to find my pace with a GS and obviously don't understand the strength the GS brings over a hammer. Any help is welcome and thank you!
Greatsword offers more mobility and evade frames than hammer, its usually better pick than hammer, however if you click the link to the page there is a alternative playstyle to use gs+hammer on spellbreaker by basically switching few traits. To land gs skills mostly you need CC, you need to combo with either bullscharge/fullcounter/rampage4/5 and even the pull from the tether traif if you are running it. Another argument for greatsword being better is that its verion in spellbreaker with only 1 adrenaline bar doesn't change much except for fury duration, damage stays the same. Riffle vs longbow- two completly different weapons, main difference is riffle is power weapon and longbow hybrid but imo still more effective as purely condi weapon in roaming. Riffle is mostly meme since all the nerf to berserker, longbow offers great aoe cover hence why its used in zergs to hit up to 25 targets. Also I wouldn't reccomend build from the video and from link as zerg build because I think there are better options.
@@Burcio thank you for taking your time to answer this. I will definitely give GS a shot as I for sure see more GS spellbreakers than hammer ones although I still feel that for my level of play, hammer also plays nicely. As for rifle I wasn't sure, because I've seen some pvp matches with some rifle warriors probably botting on the rooftops, but they still hit pretty hard. But yeah bow F1 is hard to pass especially when zerking. I'll keep it in mind, thanks again!
I switched from berserker too a similar spellbreaker build yesterday wich is extremely tanky and decent damage, i love it Using a old build but it still works credit to this video: th-cam.com/video/viCHgOeP41g/w-d-xo.htmlsi=xosoEsUUXwMTHBZw
wow your insane!!
the least sweaty warrior i've ever seen. props to you for proper vibes
Why do I feel relaxed watching this
Haha enjoy :)

Holy shit the tether pull in combination with GS 4 is sick.
i see two amazing things in this video:
1. You managed to find a solo ROF player
2.Playing the hardest class to roam on.

Hi. Nice video. Do you think soldiers gear would work well on spellbreaker? For a more tanky setup

11:37 how did GS5 redirect towards enemy? I thought you broke target but suddenly it went back to him.
you need to find checkbox in gw2 option called "allow skill retargeting" and that needs to be on
I really want to use double dagger. Any advices? great gameplay!
Inventory larger then my brain capacity

Good Stuff ❤
Will this build work with a main hand sword instead of a dagger for more mobility?
Yes however its gonna be less effective vs stability classes for example. I do like to run sword from time to time but boonstrip sadly is better
Your level on WvW is kinda impressive, im struggling on working on conflux :/
Broo you played 50-/50 marauder and berseker stats ,or only berserker ?
I used zerker armor and weapons and marauder trinkets. If you already have marauder weapons and armor its fine
That inventory 😐
Are you still mad ? Good job 👻

All these 1v1s in 2023 roaming?!?! Scripted. lol JK.
