This was so scary, I'm at the backdoor of Naperville and there was a calmness just before this Tornado hit. I could see the wind blowing the trees back and forth, and it starts raining and then the hail. Prayers for the families in Naperville.
I'm Thankful for all the fire department police agencies helicopters Red Cross Good neighbors that are helping. And we hope that those injuries heal and that everything's going to be okay I hope.
It passed my area and scared me so bad but it didn’t hit that hard and if your area had the tornado and something happened that affected your family or home or anyone you love I hope the best for you!
That's life in one of the most atmospherically unstable regions of the earth. What happened yesterday was very mild compared to what yesterday's storm system had the potential to produce. And no tornado could ever be as destructive and scary as California's state government
Abnormal? Are you new to the area? Tornados are like a season out here in the Midwest. Lived here my whole life and been in several. This is the first one that hit the block I grew up on.
@@lovinthe1320 definitely not new! I've heard of this in DeKalb or down south somewhere, not in these neighborhoods. Just in past 3 years. I mean sure tornado warnings, but for it to actually to touch down.. no that is abnormal
@@Prospekt1587 well tornados constantly touch down in the Midwest. You are correct that in our immediate area they are more often located further south and west. Yet numbers of year ago one hit in Oaklawn (I think) and that was worse from an injury standpoint. I've had to bunker down in my parents house numerous times and they live almostst dead center of the path this tornado took. Their house has minimal damage while the house just south of them has the entire roof dislodged and shifted from the exterior walls yet the roof is still on top of the house even with part of the roof collapsing. That family, good, long time neighbors, are all fine!
I'm thankful mother nature cares about us being treated unfairly and will enact judgement on those Complacemt and/or complicit in people being treated unfairly in the new asylums which are behavioural health facilities. Remember, asylums were abolished so those who made money off of making people go psychotic needed a new outlet for their inferiority complexes and to try and take the power behind those people(s) word for whatever reason they do or don't say. Anyone saying anything against what I am sayongnhere is an abuser of some kind and enjoys the fact that they can silence people using asylums as threats to their wellbeing.

Hmmm . Homeowner survives, sees house devastated no problem I got insurance . Calls insurance ,insurance ask if it was a storm , homeowner says no it was a tornado, insurance says well it shows here that you dont have tornado insurance .

I grew up just over in Darien. This breaks my heart to see this. Thank God there are no fatalities so far 🙏
