Thanks for the awesome video! beautiful roaster. I like the fact you change airflow and heat patterns then cup and figure it out for your self. There is no copy and paste recipe that so many of us try to prescribe. Im not familiar with Lorings other than the basics but do you think it would be possible to get more of the Loring like clarity and sweetness from a normal drum roaster by using a higher airflow/drum speed combo after yellow? Thanks

Thanks for sharing and absolutely love your setup. Can you elaborate more about your ventilator? Is this an external accessory you have separate to the actual roaster? You mention that you don’t have a chimney, I presume you have a small flue that exits outside into the atmosphere though correct?

Thanks for sharing the knowledge. We can see a Mac screen behind, presumably for Cropster. Why would you continue to use Cropster when the Loring software is quite robust? I know the Loring software will not show the ROR curve, but if you get consistent roasts, would you still want to see it in every roast? Thanks

WE use cropster for more detailed curves and also run our inventory and QC through Cropster, which Loring does not feature

If I bought one, could I visit for a few days and take some notes? ... How many times do I have to sell a kidney to buy one of these things?
