I want to use the sample roaster as a home roaster, where did you say you can get green coffee beans from in Europe? specifically looking for fun fermented beans like black honey (also happy to learn how to do that part at home if I can get the beans in the shell) thanks!

You could try purchasing greens from Algrano. They offer small amounts as well.
