Thanks for the great video! Tim said these were 100% hot-air roasters. I understand the technical specs show it is a hybrid drum roaster. Does that mean there is conduction involved in the roasting?

i live in Portugal can looking into your machine! I want to use the sample roaster as a home roaster, where did you say you can get green coffee beans from in Europe? specifically looking for fun fermented beans like black honey (also happy to learn how to do that part at home if I can get the beans in the shell) thanks!

You could try purchasing greens from Algrano. They offer small amounts as well.

That depends; our roasters can be retrofitted with new features, so it might have it. We would need to know the production number.
