A brilliant sermon! A great message as we celebrate the feast of Christ the King! Thank you Reverend Gene. Perhaps more people will want to be at Church which preaches such inclusiveness- very much in keeping with the Gospel, which is always Good News!
I worshipped with WNC this morning and heard this msg but had to listen again. This wasn’t a holding-back sermon. Bold truths were addressed. There will be more like this in the future. We will need more like this in the near future. Lord, give us the courage and strength to address wrongs when we see them.

Right Reverend Gene, I'm sure you're aware that a Christian's primary identification is as a loving person. Therefore other identifications, by definition, are secondary to that. Therefore neither biological gender nor non biological gender, are the primary identification of a Christian.
Talk about “a hostile takeover” wow wow wow. Protect the vulnerable IS the word of god…don’t just apply such when it’s convenient. Jesus Mary and Joseph bless and protect us ALL.
