Top 500 console compared to top 500 pc has a huge mentality diff like on console people just don't talk then flame each other and tilt easily you don't see that on pc because those players know if they tilt it affects them they play worse I just watched Jay3's console vs pc top 500 and the console team was an accurate representation of these players.

I have always been a PC player for shooters however PS5 is the only console available to me at the time and switching made me realize that PC and Console are not that different. Mechanically you can still pull off very similar results, positioning and knowledge of the game translate directly. Maybe flicks even at the highest sensitivity aren't as sharp but the skill ceiling is there, there's much more skill left unexpressed on console.

well, console often times is toxic, but that's also true for pc, so idk. but ur not right that pc is far better than console. there was an console vs pc event hostet by svb and yes, silver to master console got sh*t on. but when gm's were playing against each other console went 4 - 0 against pc. in another console vs pc event, there was a console team who competes in tornaments against a contenders pc team and at the end it was 3 - 1 for pc. so i would say that it's at least close, even tho pc might be slightly better due to the better input device.

i dont think comparing skill in the way you are is fair. Console has less control over aim and can be less responsive, its a £200-£500 device compared to a PC worth thousands. However if you were to put players who usually play console with a PC it would be different. And you're basically saying many console players are irrelevant. I would love to start streaming but I'm poor and cant afford equipment or a PC, so as a console player I'm going to stay irrelevant. Hence, I bought a xim after seeing some videos here and there and oh boy let me tell you I felt like a God, I went from being your casual bronze Ow1 player to being a Widow main with 3200 SR in less than 200H of playtime, could not get any higher then 3200 since ow is not just about running and shooting but when it comes to conssole OW1 aim is a big part of it and can carry a long way, so to clarify what you seid that there are not so many xim users ask yourself this if you plan on reaching the top and want to be the best do you think you can compete vs mouse+aim assist?
