      The Kamado Joe II's & III's come with the divide and conquer system (which allows for multi-tiered cooking) and the "X-cessory" Rack which is built for Wok Cooking like Chef Tom displayed today.

    Chef Tom you are easily the best and I watch them all. You are more than just ribs and briskets. Lots of variety, not just hillbilly classics (although I enjoy that too) I noticed how your style was more refined. After reading your background it makes sense. Keep it up brother, I enjoy!

    Sai oua or, Chiang mai sausage is a specialty of northern thailand with fermented pork, the tom yum flavor profile and sushi rice or glass noodles for an additional fun texture. This is hands down my favorite cooking channel on youtube or anywhere else so I would lovelovelove to see your take on it!

    I live in Thailand and am currently eating a homemade red curry with sliced ribeye for dinner while watching this. Yours may not be 100% traditional, but i'm sure its delicious regardless.

    Love seeing something a little different. Have any ideas for Sichuan/BBQ fusion? I just got some chili crisp, Zhong sauce and Mala spice that I'm wanting to mix in with some bbq/grill dishes.

    I’m Thai and the Thai people would cry to see this!!!! This is nothing you cook calling Thai red curry😭 what are you doing? Thai people are so proud of our food and you’re doing it completely Wrong like everything you doing here is wrong! I’m kinda mad😤🤦🏽‍♀️

  • @ThoughtFission

    Love this channel. EXCEPT... that everything comes out of a bottle. Would be so much better if you did your marinades, sauces, rubs etc from scratch.

    • @NepGangster
      @NepGangster 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Don't forget that ATBBQ is a shop where they sale everything they use. This channel is a showcase how to use the products they sale. Its an extension from their shop. If Tom starts making everything from scratch, he will soon loose his job. I like this channel because of Tom, he creates simple recipes and as i'm dutch and unable to buy from them, i just search whatever is in these rubs and sauces and make it myself.

    • @ThoughtFission
      @ThoughtFission 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@NepGangster You make a valid point. I'm just tired of everyone trying to sell something. Like you, I enjoy the videos because I'm always learning something. But to be honest, I don't try many of the techniques/recipes because of the constant selling. I want to learn from scratch, especially the seasonings, so I usually go to other channels.

    Thai curry is served with rice on the side. Dont serve it on top of the rice.
