One thing you could try for fixing burnout is creating a mini-series for Wednesday videos. This would allow you to plan out the Wednesday videos and I think would also make videos more exiting for the viewers.

I definitely think you should do a series for "What if everything went right for _____?" series for a lot of countries like the USA since its independence, Germany in WW1/WW2, British Empire, China, Japan in WW1/WW2 etc etc. Could be done for other really old countries like the Roman Empire or Byzantine Empire.
You should do what if each language group in Europe went to war (romance, Germanic, Slavic, ugric, etc) and what if each quadrant went to war, basically a sequel to your west vs east and north vs south videos but this time you divide by the equator and the prime meridian.

What if the russian federation splits? Just like the USA, russia is a federation and there is many ethnicities and states within the country. I think it would be super fun since it will be unique to see all the new countries of different ethnicities will act with the already existing ones, like in eastern europe, caucasia (which will be impossible to live in) and even central asia with tatarstan.
Russian Nationalism is very popular in Russia and most of the states are ethnically Russian, just not yakutia, Tatarstan, Chechnya, the states in the Ural mountains and in Karelia and they wouldn't want to split, Siberia wouldn't be able to survive on its own since it gets food, supplies and etc from Russia and it's too cold.
