Pel's Fishing Owl has been on my wish list for many years and still need to see it. The African Red-eyed Bulbul at 16:21 is an exceptional find for Kruger! Way out of range for this bird and the first record that I know of.
Great video, thanks. Enjoyed that Pels Fishing Owl, I have been looking for many years without any luck. Pafuri Border Camp looks great, will have to add it to my stay sometime in the future
Broad-billed rollers have been recorded on the Sabie River for a few years now and Trumpeter hornbills in Skukuza. Geology (a calcrete layer) is a major factor contributing to stunted Mopane.
Great place, great video but ... when getting out of your vehicle on bridges, one is supposed to stay between the yellow lines painted on the tar. It's not there for nothing. So please set the example to others when posting videos like this which I do enjoy. Let's do the right thing.
If the Ellie’s didn’t crop the trees it would not be BUSHVELD. The ecosystem would become forest which would not be suitable for a lot of other species in the area.

It is well worth the drive north. Not as much game as the south but a great experience. Thanks for watching.

Yes, I know, but it always seems destructive - especially when you see it in the dry season.
Thanks for watching.
