'Neshema' Pendant tutorial.

- Hello and welcome to my latest tutorial.
To make this pendant you will need -
• 0.8mm wire (20g) 4 x 11" (25.5cm)
• 0.3mm weaving wire (28g) approx 300cm (I wind mine onto a bobbin, but you can cut lengths as you go if you prefer)
• heart-shaped cabochon/or teardrop, mine is 18mm by 18mm (you can use a different size, just remember to adjust wire length and weave repeats accordingly)
• 4mm bead
• Jump ring, 10mm outside measurement
I no longer put links to tools on here.
The tools I use are:
• Tronex needle nose pliers
• Tronex short round nose pliers
• Tronex razor flush cutters
• Beadsmith flat nose nylon jaw pliers
• Occasionally I use tronex bent nose pliers
• Occasionally I use heavy-duty wire cutters
• Occasionally I use xuron needle nose pliers
• Bobeeze bobbins (medium size with no extra weights)

I love your weaving tutorials. Since many people are new to weaving it would be educational for them to know how you use your fingers to guide the wire setting the wire up for the next wrap. I watched your method of pulling back the weaving wire flush with the last wrap and this has made my wraps much easier and tighter!

Hi, Kelly. Finally got up the nerve to attempt this beautiful pendant. Only problem -- didn't have the proper heart, so I did it with a 25mm round Unakite cab. Looks quite different, but I think it still turned out pretty well, for a novice :o) Thank you so much for all your beautiful designs. I'm off to try another, now. The hardest part is deciding which of your beauties I will try next!!🥰😁❤

I've recently come out of a long term relationship, so I thought a black heart for valentines was very appropriate. I wanted to make it beautiful, so I thought the silver would work well as an opposite and it got a lot of attention on Facebook.

hello there, I am new to the wire wrapping world and am loving it! However I find that some wire is harder than others to work with. What type and where do you purchase your wire from? It seems so effortless. Mean while i have small cuts and pokes on my fingers! lol Well worth it tho. Thank you in advanced.
Hi, I'm in the UK, I buy my wire from metalclays4you. Some places I've noticed do make harder wire. I've always bought from metalclays4you but sometimes from a different company (that I won't name) recently I bought a whole huge real from them and had to send it back as it was just unworkable. So it's worth shopping about 👍 Have fun 💕

Hi, Kelly. What gauge wire do you use to make the jump ring?
I use 1.5mm (14g) and wrap around bail pliers 👍
Just love all your tutorials. Sure wish I could stop my wire from bending while I am wrapping. Any suggestions?
Thank you. Maybe the wire is softer than mine, or maybe it will get better with more practice. Are you holding the wire too tight? I know I started out with the death grip and that just eased over time.

I got mine on eBay I think or Etsy. Search bobeeze by beadsmith. I think mine was 25mm unweighted (you don't want weights)
