The Halloween part cracked me up. I remember my mom bringing us trick or treating during the big snow storm in 91. Maybe it's only rural northern Minnesotans where all of these stereotypes are true.

These are just some examples of a Minnesotan accent. Also as a fellow Minnesotan, I can attest to people not talking like this in the city, but further north the accents get heavier and heavier.

April and May around here are those times where the weather doesn't know what it wants to do. And then suddenly we have about the closest we can get to summer. We do sometimes get 90°F days. I personally don't have an accent. I have asked people if I have one, which they said no.
