First time I saw one of you videos I remember seeing you use the MJ rig. I said to my self I’m gonna try using that jig. I haven’t thanks for the reminder. Nice day at the lake though. Thanks again.
I personally haven't had much luck with black and blue. Red shades work really well for me on Joe Pool. I fish a lot of redbug, tomato and watermelon red baits there. I have had good luck with Okeechobee craw which is a blue and green pumpkin mix.
I'd recommend the Walnut Creek area of Loyd Park on Joe Pool Lake. You can also fish the Bowman Branch Creek that is located by the boat ramp in Loyd Park. Both creeks have foot path access for bank fishing. Loyd Park also offers canoe rentals if you would like more mobility in the creeks. www.grandfungp.org/lakeparks/loyd.htm

Thanks for the tip. I will definitely try the MJ Rig here in FL.
I hope it works for you. It seems to be the only way I can catch a fish using a stick type bait.
Great video!
Thanks!
Nice to meet you Saturday. Good video.

I have my best luck back in the main creeks that feed the lake. There are some nice crappie holes back in them too.
great video what color was that you're throwing?
It's called watermelon slice. I also had luck with watermelon red.
Ever do good on black and blue?
