One tech setup I’ve found useful for this deck spread. 1/1 line of Glimmora Ex with the 40hp ascension Glimmet. Dark/fighting energy swapped. Allows for a nice surprise -5 board wipe against under depths decks and give a weakness into Terapagos, Miraidon, Fez, Galvantula and plenty of other prevalent cards in format.
One thing I noticed that I don't think you were quite aware of, is that the same Cinderace can just keep firing Garnet Volley's over and over, without retreating or discarding energy. And you can swap back and forth between Flare Strike and Garnet Volley, instead of going to the bench to reset your flare strike. Only if you don't have the energy requirement for Garnet Volley is this not an option, but I believe you did have it in the few situations where this idea came up.
This is what i like about cinderace stellar, has the great damage for an ex and able to snipe the bench with its massive 180 damage. Though, i might going a hard time fighting against other decks aside from the infamous zard

I've been playing with its another version immediately since its release, it's good (unless you brick). @@LittleDarkFury I don’t think bench space will be a problem since your board will mostly be 2-3 Cinderace Line, 1 Support Pokémon, 1 Pidgeot, not to mention Pokémon getting KO’d and Area Zero in opponent’s decks. Second, the first attack is the main attack, the second attack is situational, leaving dark energies for Munki. I think a 1of is a good inclusion.
I've been playing with this deck all day and it's terrible. Bricks all the time. Don't get the cards you desperately need. Threw in an earthen vessel and barely helps. This deck is slow and annoying
Neo Upper Energy > Crystal for this deck. The Crystal only works doe Cinderace while the Neo Upper Energy can, in a desperation, go on Pidgeot ex. Also, you're already running Dark energy, Mukidori can help in the Dragapult ex (and Regidrgago VSTAR) match.
Nah nep upper isnt as good as crystal since an arven can literally turn into an attack with cinderace plus u already have double turbo in the deck for pidgeot
in the Zard mach, when you used arven to get crystal and rare candy, why didn't you use crispin instead? Because then you could have quick searched for rare candy, and saved your ace spec for later.
Also, would Turo be a better choice than Penny you having a sparkling crystal if you ever had to just pull up the cinder race for some reason you could potentially still keep that sparkling crystal and use it again
You can also use that one double ace Spec energy instead of sparkling crystal, because Cinderace meets all the requirements, and it would be funny to just be able to use both attacks at full power. Editing here: 3 prized bunny is crazy.
@arthuralexandermatveychuk974 well thats the tradeoff right? Speed and ease but a bit more vulnerable. Personally I prefer being able to find it easier for plays I wanna do.
@@CloudSyndrome89 I see no speed and no ease, no more than upper neo. You still need to manually attach 2 energies with crystal. So you either have to Arven one turn then Crispin another, or use Pidgeot, or just find neo with Pidgeot. It's absolutely the same.

Also his attack for 180 and discard and energy is really obtainable with turbo energy. Just another fun 1 prize deck too run
Why Sparkling Crystal when Neo Upper exists? Yes there’s Arven, but you can Arven for TM Evo instead. It’s not like you’re playing Hearthflame Ogerpon ex and Armarouge for the energy acceleration, or any other Tera to be honest.
Crystal is just a better version of Neo. Its extremely easy to find and also allows you to attach a energy for turn. Its common for this deck and Dragapult to turn 1 attach a energy, turn two attach Crystal (Dragapult can attack immediately), then attach a second energy for the attack. Where as with Neo you are hoping to top deck Neo or waiting to get quick search.
So in a deck playing Pidgeot, you’d rather have a 1-energy ace spec that works for only 1 Pokémon, over a 2 energy that works for every ex you have? Because of consistency, in a deck with Pidgeot?
