Looks good. Trying to add a skid to the mix. Not in the budget tho right now. But I’ve done a couple of those ditch lines with the excavator. Not ideal in my opinion but worked.
You should’ve ran the ditch only. No need to go on the lawn. Put the skid on the house side and then the road side. Would’ve used bucket so you could generate material. A new ditch needed to be made. One big rain, this will wash out.
Customer wanted the yard regraded in that particular area. I did exactly what the customer wanted me to do per contract. It’s actually not washed out at all and it’s rained 6” here in three weeks. Thanks for your comment though.
Killing it man!

It’s hard to justify both for sure. I want a mini badly!

What year is your truck? I’m looking at a 15 with some miles but it’s clean inside and out
2015! Built trans, 220k miles. I’ve put over 50k on it. I absolutely love it man
Does that size kubota do all u need ? Or u think u will need to upgrade in the future? Thanks
Yes as far as skid steer I think it’s perfect. I’ll buy a dozer before I buy a bigger skid steer.
Hey man, did you have any dirt work experience before you started this business or did you learn on the go?
I knew how to build dirt bike jumps. That’s it
@@MORE_DIRT359 I hear you. I did a small amount of skid steer work several years ago so that's all the experience I'd be going on.
How do you know how much to quote people?
Lots and lots of research. Every area it differs. Excavation academy is probably the best place to get intel about estimating.
