Got my 1100 hundred acres cattle corn 🌽 in and 200 acres of peas in to . Got 5 semi running two trip pulp mill in Corner Brook , logger ship 🚢 came in two days for 63000 tonnes of fir logs 🪵 of my little head a ton in a cord = to 63000 thousands cords of wood 🪵. Make a nice yard of wood 🪵 in a yard buddy . 😊
Tricky business being firewood only. Have to manage cash flow very carefully since you've got capital tied up in split firewood, log inventory waiting to be split, a second processor and a lot of concrete this year. It's less tricky for me since the wood is a by product of my logging and clearing operation. Firewood money is bonus revenue. But you can't sell firewood if you don't have wood. Gotta do what ya gotta do. 👍
Sounds like you are in a very lucky position. Once the barn is full I will be doing more work on site with the digger to pay bills etc. lots of timber on the horizon so need to put some £££ aside
