The most delicious recipe for pork belly! This recipe will become a family favorite! | 2 RECIPES
INGREDIENTS FOR RECIPE NO.1 (Braised pork belly with hoisin sauce)
2.9 lbs pork belly
4 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 thumb sized ginger, sliced
2 bay leaves
3 star anise
1 pork cube seasoning
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 tsp chicken powder or magic sarap
1 cup pineapple juice (optional but recommended)
Hot water
2-3 tbsp of brown sugar
INGREDIENTS FOR RECIPE NO.2 (Pork ribs with pineapple juice)
1 1/2 kg pork ribs
Salt and pepper
5 cloves garlic, chopped
6 tbsp of soy sauce
2 tbsp of oyster sauce
2 tsp of annatto powder diluted with 1 tbsp of water
1 cup of pineapple juice
2 cups of water (add more if needed)
Half of pork cube seasoning
1 tbsp brown sugar
Thai chili pepper (adjust to taste)
