The kia is the better option. If you get the S trim you get a none turbo 2.5 liter and a true 8 speed automatic transmission with a torque converter. You don't want the 2.5 liter turbo because it has a double clutch. Which is definitely going to be a problem. So your two options are this trim and the hybrid to get a true automatic transmission.

Depending on the rim size I would lean more towards the Sorento
