    Recipe- Mutton Parche
    Mutton Parche or Pasanda is a popular meat dish from the Indian subcontinent, notably North Indian, Hyderabadi and Pakistani, derived from a meal served in the court of the Mughal emperors. The word is a variation on the Urdu word "pasande" meaning "favourite", which refers to the prime cut of meat traditionally used within.

    2 kg parche
    1 & 1/2 tsp namak
    3 tbsp gg paste
    1 bowl dahi
    1/2 tsp haldi powder
    2 tsp lal mirchi powder
    2 tsp dhanya powder
    1 tsp garam masala powder
    1/2 tsp zeera powder
    4-5 hari mirchi
    2 tbsp haradhanya
    1 nibu ras
    1 tbsp ghee
    10-15 kalimirch
    10 long
    4-5 chothi elaichi
    3 pyaaz
    2 tbsp nariyal powder
    1 tbsp khash khash
    1 tbsp tilli
    1 chicken cube
