  • Beef Parche or Pasanda is a popular meat dish from the Indian subcontinent, notably North Indian, Hyderabadi and Pakistani, derived from a meal served in the court of the Mughal emperors. The word is a variation on the Urdu word "pasande" meaning "favourite", which refers to the prime cut of meat traditionally used within.     Beef - 1 Kg
    Namak - 1 Tsp
    Haldi Powder - 1/2 Tsp
    Lal Mirch Powder - 2 tsp
    Dhaniya Powder - 1 & 1/2 Tsp
    Garam Masala - 1 Tsp
    Chilli Flakes - 1 Tsp
    Chaat Masala - 1 Tsp
    Adrak Lahsun Paste - 2 Tbsp
    Kasuri Methi - 1 Tbsp
    Kali Mirch Powder - 1 Tsp
    Nimbu Ka Ras - 1
    Dahi - 1/2 Cup
    Baking Soda - 1/4 Tsp
    STEP 2: COOKING
    Tel - 1/2 Cup
    Tez Patta - 3 oo 4
    Long - 4 to 5
    Kali Mirch -1/2 Tsp
    Hari elaichi - 4 to 5
    Pyaaz - 2
    Marinated Parche
    Adrak Lahsun Pate - 1 Tbsp
    Lal Mirch
    Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 Tsp

    سلام
    آپ نے اپنے husband کے لئے جو تلنے کے لئے نکالے تھے وہ تل کر تو دکھائے ہی نہیں
    آج سے 60 سال پہلے بکرعید میں میری بہن پارچے بنایا کرتی تھیں لیکن وہ بہت چھوٹے ہوا کرتے تھے اور وہ تل کر بناتی تھیں جہاں تک مجھے یاد ہے وہ اجوائن ڈالتی تھیں اور دہی نہیں ڈالتی تھیں
    مجھے اس recipe کی تلاش تھی آپ کا بہت بہت شکریہ
