- Beef Parche or Pasanda is a popular meat dish from the Indian subcontinent, notably North Indian, Hyderabadi and Pakistani, derived from a meal served in the court of the Mughal emperors. The word is a variation on the Urdu word "pasande" meaning "favourite", which refers to the prime cut of meat traditionally used within. Adrak Lahsun Paste - 2 Tbsp
Kasuri Methi - 1 Tbsp
Kali Mirch Powder - 1 Tsp
Nimbu Ka Ras - 1
Dahi - 1/2 Cup
Baking Soda - 1/4 Tsp
STEP 2: COOKING
Tel - 1/2 Cup
Tez Patta - 3 oo 4
Long - 4 to 5
Kali Mirch -1/2 Tsp
Hari elaichi - 4 to 5

آپ نے اپنے husband کے لئے جو تلنے کے لئے نکالے تھے وہ تل کر تو دکھائے ہی نہیں
آج سے 60 سال پہلے بکرعید میں میری بہن پارچے بنایا کرتی تھیں لیکن وہ بہت چھوٹے ہوا کرتے تھے اور وہ تل کر بناتی تھیں جہاں تک مجھے یاد ہے وہ اجوائن ڈالتی تھیں اور دہی نہیں ڈالتی تھیں
