I completely agree! We bed share also. I'm on baby number 3 and all 3 have slept with me from birth. I have a 13, 8, and 1 year old. We all sleep much better. And yes, I'm the same as in I don't smoke, drink, or use any kind of drugs, and definitely no night time meds.
There’s usually one parent (lucky to have a partner) that will end up sick with the baby because of close contact so my husband usually avoids both of us and we sleep separately. Sick people sleep together even now that mine sleep alone.
