our budgie has been depressed since our other budgie passed away 2 months ago. she never got used to us, so the other budgie was her best friend. she's been doing this depressed chirp/cry ever since. this has had her perk up, even for a little bit.
Poor thing! I hope she will recover and maybe this kind of video will cheer her up and speed up the process. Maybe she will enjoy getting a new partner? Best wishes! Florin
bit of an update. my mother was able to find another budgie that was given up, and took him in. we now have Merry and Pippin. Merry is the one we just got, Pippin is the one we already had.
Great! The best help possible for a lone budgie is another budgie. That's what I did to Banco: I took in Kiki, then Suzi. Merry will definitely make Pippin happier! Best wishes, Florin
@Catty Lynn I'm sorry for your little friend, Dexter. But he will recover. Another budgie friend may help. If not possible, human company and budgie sounds videos will do the job. Best wishes! Florin
A new budgie friend will snap them right out of it. They are essentially pack (flock) animals so either need tons of human interaction or a feathered friend to keep them busy while the humans are at work and they are locked in the cage. Parrot rescues and animal shelters always have loads of great budgies available for adoption that are in need of a good home and some company/interaction. So many get lost and end up unclaimed since the owners don’t think to post everywhere they can like: helping lost pets, 911parrotalert, kijiji, Craigslist, local animal shelters, and post flyers on street posts, and other local groups (like in my area “Ontario lost and found bird network”). Not as much of a problem with the larger birds since most of the owners are more experienced and well aware of how to recover lost bird. But for budgies for sale in every pet store for $10 many get impulsively bought by people who’ve done no research on parrot ownership/responsibilities. Budgies kinda get the the short end of the stick when it comes to parrots. They get sold for nothing, and often bundled by pet stores with undersized cages that barely even pass for a travel cage. For an animal that’s as smart and interactive as they are the big box pet stores should really sell them with more caution, and inform buyers of what they need and the daily time commitment required to let the out of the cage to fly and play.
I can’t thank you enough because my budgie flew out of its cage yesterday and it went messing for a day. After that we saw it chilling on a tree branch . So we decided to play this so my other buddies can chirp to attract the flown away bird. After a few minutes he came back and I was so happy . Thanks for even publishing this video because without it we would have a dead budgie

Thanks! That's the best kind of news I can get. I was hoping this video would work like that for pet budgies, creating for them the ambience to make them feel like home... in the Australian bush. I tried this, with modest means, years ago, before TH-cam and before Banco. Yours, Florin.
This video worked a treat! We got a budgie 2 days ago and it hadn't eaten in the 1st 24hours and was quiet. Put this video on, she is now eating and singing. Also moving around the cage and swinging on the swing. Thank you

Thank you so much, Nichollas, and sorry to reply so late. I'm preparing a new video about the wild parrots of Uganda. Your budgie is lucky to have such a good keeper. May she be happy forever! Yours, Florin
My budgies were definitely responding by chirping along and flying frantically around the room. At another point Marco started tapping the screen with his beak wanting to enter.
Wonderful! In the past, many budgie keepers posted video responses of their birds touching the screen or trying to fly to find Banco. Thanks for your feedback! Florin
Thank you so much! I got two baby budgies a few days ago and neither would eat nor chirp. Once I played this, they both became SUPER hyper! Jumping around the cage, chirping, thank you so much!
I also like to watch this vide, which is no surprise as I made it like that and I love budgies. I hope one day I will get a few budgies of my own and entertain them with such videos. Thanks for your comment! Florin
I got budgies three days ago and I haven't seen them eating, I was getting so worried. I played this and they began to chirp and started eating. Thank you so much for this video. ❤❤🙆
My moms friend surprised me by buying me a little blue Budgie, He’s a little baby and been very nervous and just wouldn’t let me touch(he’s still nervous as I’m playing this) but he’s been sitting in one spot and just quiet. As SOON and i mean the video hit 1 second he start chirping loudly and walking and flying about and moving his little head
Thanks for your detailed feedback! Your budgie is shortly out of a colony and it misses the noise many breeding pairs make in such rooms. So this video would normally cheer him up. I'm glad it works for him. Yours, Florin
My R2 has really changed his personality when I play this. He starts chirping away, flying in his cage, playing with his toys and bopping his head up and down. He loves it. Thank you
Definitely, is totally truth. Our pair of periquitos as soon they heard the sounds in this video they start singing and move more and even interact more between them. Thank you for your time and information.
I started playing this for my single budgie , he kept chirping (which was great) but I couldn’t help but think that he’s actually saying “bring me there I want to go home”
Of course she loved it. Most budgies love hearing the noise of a large budgie colony. I'm so happy to hear that your sister's budgie (or parakeet) conforms to the rule. Some budgies don't react to such videos, but most benefit from hearing the songs I've recorded in that large aviary. Thanks for your feedback! Yours, Florin
So good my parakeet loved it she was quiet when I brought her to my room but now she chirping and bobbing her head up and down, so cool thanks so much!
This is the video I play when I want to get my budgies active. For everything else I have found they are pretty docile; but this one really gets their attention.
Jazmín Cordero you’re welcome! And thanks for your feedback. I hope that your budgies have a great time chirping along with the ones in my video. Yours, Florin
I play this for my two budgies about 2-3 times everyday when I get home from work. This is by far there favorite. They chirp, talk and sing the whole time. Its amazing sounds can make them so talkative.
Congratulations for letting your budgie fly in the room! That's top quality enrichment for them. If you offer your budgie some sound ambience like this, it's even better. Thanks for your feedback! Yours, Florin
Oh, so they didn't react at all? Well, I've seen, thanks to other feedback like yours, that it happens. There's nothing one can do. Birds have their tastes, they are individuals. Thanks a lot for your feedback! Yours, Florin
@@Mimilovesfilm I have two parakeets and they were getting mad at each other because they must have thought that the other one was talking when he wasn't.

Thanks a lot, Yvette! If you have the chance, do visit Pairi Daiza. The whole zoo is a beauty and they have a number of endangered animals (including parrots) which they hope to reintroduce into the wild. Best wishes, Florin

THIS WAS THE BEST VIDEO ON TH-cam CHANNELS THAT ACTUALLY MADE MY LONELY BIRD CHIRP AND BE HAPPY , it’s his second day with me and this VIDEO HAS GOTTEN HIM TO EAT ! Thank you so much for this amazing and beautiful video! Appreciate YOU !!🚨
On the 1st day I already tried to feed my new bird, oh gosh- At least I gained trust from my bird easily, when I had birds the first time, they were fine with everything. I put my hand in the cage to see if they would fly away. I ofc didn't put it near them. But ye they didn't care, day 2, tryna make them perch days later they started eating while we looked and they now drink whenever they want to mostly they drink alone
Thanks, Karla! I honestly hope for such a reaction and I am trying to make such videos for other parrots too. Soon I will be recording in Africa and will post a video helping African parrots too. Yours, Florin
Thanks for replying. I not only have a parakeet but a very stubborn and antisocial cockatiel who also enjoys the video but she is not much for noise except for telling me she wants food. Love parakeets, they are so engaging!!!
That's interesting! I didn't design this video for cockatiels, but a cockatiel may still enjoy the audio, because it resembles the sounds of the mixed flocks of birds in the Australian outback. In fact, there were cockatiels in that large aviary at Pairi Daiza, so maybe your bird can hear her fellow cockatiels among the cacophony.
Mines a diva for that as well, between her cage cleanings, her water spout, her food, and both baths she will let me know what she needs by tapping her beak on them!!!
I just got a parakeet, and at first he wouldn't eat or move away from the corner. Now hes chirping a bit, and eating and moving around! Thank you so much!!
Hi Ellen, thanks for your comment. You can allow your birds to have this kind of fun every now and then if they seem to enjoy it. The place I filmed was in Belgium, at a zoo. Yours, Florin

My budgie started bobbing his head and whistling which is amazing since his best friend passed 3 days ago and he has mostly just been sitting in the same place and looking around for his buddy which is absolutely heartbreaking, but this really cheered him up. Thank you.🥺❤️🦜
I got my parakeet a few days ago, his names Tiki and after i’ve played this everyday since i got him it seems to be his favorite. he always chirps like crazy and he learned to get up and perch on my finger and he’s loosened up a lot. i’m happy this video exist 😂
The only video my budgies LOVE without a bunch of ads- I they love this one cause these are truly the sounds of happy budgies! Unlike other small caged budgies who are prob tweeting & depressed. Glad I found this one!! My budgies are happy now!
That's interesting. Most times budgies join the chorus and chirp along. But I know that there are regional dialects and maybe your budgies 'speak' another dialect, so maybe they were listening carefully out of curiosity? I really would like to know what goes into their minds. Thanks for leaving your feedback! Yours, Florin

We just purchased a second budgie I believe this is helping her get accustomed to her new home Thank You
Thanks! That's the best kind of news I can get. I was hoping this video would work like that for pet budgies, creating for them the ambience to make them feel like home... in the Australian bush. I tried this, with modest means, years ago, before TH-cam and before Banco. Yours, Florin.
Me too I have 2 parakeets and they are chirping away we just got them yesterday
So thx I got a pair of budgies they were scared but then when I played this song they started chirping and sat on my hand for food!! So thx!😁
Me: plays this
My budgies: _TIME TO END THIS WHOLE MANS EAR DRUMS_
VibinqPeaches same
Lmao same
bruh they can screech as loud as 110 decibels, i was wondering why at every screech i heard a THOMP in the ear facing them
and now i know.
I am currently playing this to my 2 budgies and they are just screeching lol
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
This video worked a treat!
We got a budgie 2 days ago and it hadn't eaten in the 1st 24hours and was quiet. Put this video on, she is now eating and singing.
Also moving around the cage and swinging on the swing.
Thank you
That's so good to hear! Based on your feedback and other budgie keepers', it seems that my video is helping young budgies adjust to their new homes. It's very rewarding for me. Thanks for your feedback! Florin
They do need company and some flying space.
Dark Wolf Streams That was the same way my budgie was acting like
I just brought my two budgies home from the pet store today. I played this for them to help them relax and they began chirping back to the video, mimicking the noises they heard!
th-cam.com/video/FssyvQx036Q/w-d-xo.html&si=EnSIkaIECMiOmarE
everytime i play this , my parrot gose mad. She screams her lungs out, flapping her wings. That's 1 happy lady there! New subscriber here!
Thank you so much, Nichollas, and sorry to reply so late. I'm preparing a new video about the wild parrots of Uganda. Your budgie is lucky to have such a good keeper. May she be happy forever! Yours, Florin
My budgie started singing
Now how do I get it to stop
Ha ha! Let her sing all she wants, it's in their nature. I'm glad to hear she likes the video. Best wishes, Florin
Turn off the lights 😂😂
Lol
Eat it
Be glad. My budgie is still adapting to the house
my fancy parakeets love this video, they always chirp and tweet when i play it
My budgie, Sky starts reacting to your videos a the very beginning
Ik same and my parakeet is name sky to
same as mine!!!!
iI had a male parakeet that was called sky
Oh nice name
Lol my birb is named sky
My budgies were definitely responding by chirping along and flying frantically around the room. At another point Marco started tapping the screen with his beak wanting to enter.
Wonderful! In the past, many budgie keepers posted video responses of their birds touching the screen or trying to fly to find Banco. Thanks for your feedback! Florin
Thank you so much! I got two baby budgies a few days ago and neither would eat nor chirp. Once I played this, they both became SUPER hyper! Jumping around the cage, chirping, thank you so much!
It works my budgies just moved in
Thank you! I appreciate the feedback! I think budgies benefit from such videos, so let them have fun! Yours, Florin
Your welcome was one vid my budgies love the noise🐦🐦😀😀
It works....my budgies start moving n singing... thankyou
I actually found this calming to myself.
Hopefully I'll get my own some day, and when I do, I'll play this for them.
I also like to watch this vide, which is no surprise as I made it like that and I love budgies. I hope one day I will get a few budgies of my own and entertain them with such videos. Thanks for your comment! Florin
Oh wow! We just got budgies for my kids and they were all so quiet. I played this and they both started chirping so loud! Amazing!
I got budgies three days ago and I haven't seen them eating, I was getting so worried. I played this and they began to chirp and started eating. Thank you so much for this video. ❤❤🙆
Thanks a lot, Alicia! It's usual for new budgies to not eat, but they do get better with such intervention. Well done!
@@DiscoverPARROTS tysm same goes for me
Ahh budgies the naughtiest bird on the planet cheers from the land down under 🇦🇺🇦🇺
Thank you so much! I would love to visit Australia and see the wild budgies in their natural habitat. Maybe one day... Yours, Florin
The wild ones in Australia are the English boof head but are double the size
Interesting. Thanks! Florin
This is a paradise all the parakeets would aspire to 🥺🥺 loud but still peacefull..🥰
Mine is too and this video cheered him up
That’s amazing! how is he doing now?
Random Recipes sadly I had to give him up about 6 months back because I got a kidney transplant and Birds are highly deadly to transplant patients...
@@The1KidneyWonder aww sorry to hear :(
I just got my two budgies today and to make them at home I played this for them and they loved it 😊
My baby is so loud and am so happy he looked sad and now he is the happiest little thing
My R2 has really changed his personality when I play this. He starts chirping away, flying in his cage, playing with his toys and bopping his head up and down. He loves it. Thank you
My budgie is reacting to this ...🐦
Thanks for letting me know! I hope he is reacting to the video in a good way.
😊
pikachu • mine too!
My parakeets are now chirping and looking for more parakeets around their cage 😭❤
Budgies
My budgie was looking for the birds in this video so cute
Haha, that's a common reaction. I've seem a cat doing that too. Thanks for letting me know about your budgie's reaction to my video! Yours, Florin
Thank you so much for this video my 3 budgies love this
My parakeet was talking back
And so i got him a friend b.c he got so happy when he heard the birds talking and singing
Thats awesome you got a 2nd budgee
I let them listen to the whole video several times a day
Definitely, is totally truth.
Our pair of periquitos as soon they heard the sounds in this video they start singing and move more and even interact more between them.
Thank you for your time and information.
I just bought a Yellow little budgie , called Birdman. When he hears this video he is such a happy birdie! 💖 stars flying around , playing and eating
I started playing this for my single budgie , he kept chirping (which was great) but I couldn’t help but think that he’s actually saying “bring me there I want to go home”
Me too

>I think you are totally right
You need to get him a friend bro
I played this for my sister's parakeet and she loved it.
My mom started playing this ever morning and my buggies love it! They're singing and chirping like CRAZY!
My parakeet is always chirping this is the best day ever
Thanks for your feedback! Your parakeet is lucky to have a keeper like you, who cares for its needs. Best wishes, Florin
I really wish my bird was alive because he would chirp and sing
Hayley Anderson sorry for your loss 😕❤️
My budgie is now chirping like it’s talking to the birds in the video.
Čåñdÿ Fłûff Almost all budgies do that, if you haven’t figured that out by now.
My budgje is also chirping like it's talking to the birds in the vedio
Same my budgies are going mad 😂

my budgies loved this they started singing and started exploring there cage and feeling more comfortable
My 3 budgies loved hearing other birds! They sounded so energized after listening!❤️❤️

So good my parakeet loved it she was quiet when I brought her to my room but now she chirping and bobbing her head up and down, so cool thanks so much!
My budgies go crazy listening to this. Chirping and flying everywhere! :D They love it.
Omggg thanks, my birds were so bored and when I put this sound they start flying and singing, ty!
It's soo good when I hear that my video helps budgies feel better! Thanks for your feedback! Yours, Florin

my budgies started finally eating after two days because of this audio!
This is the video I play when I want to get my budgies active. For everything else I have found they are pretty docile; but this one really gets their attention.
💜💜My two birds went WILD! They started chirping which the both of them hardly do! Thanks for this video!!💜💜
I’ve had budgies for a couple months now, this is one of the first times they have come close to me without running away.
My budgie immediately started chirping and flying around the room nonstop! Getting good exercise! Thanks! :)
Congratulations for letting your budgie fly in the room! That's top quality enrichment for them. If you offer your budgie some sound ambience like this, it's even better. Thanks for your feedback! Yours, Florin
Me: *shows the video to my budgies*
Budgies: T_T ok
Oh, so they didn't react at all? Well, I've seen, thanks to other feedback like yours, that it happens. There's nothing one can do. Birds have their tastes, they are individuals. Thanks a lot for your feedback! Yours, Florin
Discover PARROTS my bird did but know I feel bad because her friend died and it looked liked she was looking for her friend/other parakeets

This is such a lovely video, thankyou! If zoos are to keep birds, this is how it should be done. I want to visit now 😁
Thanks a lot, Yvette! If you have the chance, do visit Pairi Daiza. The whole zoo is a beauty and they have a number of endangered animals (including parrots) which they hope to reintroduce into the wild. Best wishes, Florin
I always come back to this video when I want to put something on for my pair of budgies. I find myself learning a lot of useful info from the captions, too.
Adzie Hlupic that’s the best feedback I could hope for. Thank you so much for your support. I hope to shoot again in the aviary next week when I come back from Africa. I’m filming African grey parrots now! Yours, Florin
What a blast! I'd love to be a budgie living in this aviary!
Appreciate YOU !!🚨
On the 1st day I already
tried to feed my new bird, oh gosh-
At least I gained trust from my bird easily, when I had birds
the first time, they were fine with everything.
I put my hand in the cage to see if they would fly away.
I ofc didn't put it near them.
But ye they didn't care, day 2, tryna make them perch
days later they started eating while we looked
and they now drink whenever they want to
mostly they drink alone
I have too budgies but I haven’t really see the girl move that much only the boy but she’s chirping a lot
Cute
Nice
Im on day 2. So shy.
I have 5 budgies and they all LOVE THESE SOUNDS, they start making a bunch of different noises. This is so inspiring for them.
Thanks, Karla! I honestly hope for such a reaction and I am trying to make such videos for other parrots too. Soon I will be recording in Africa and will post a video helping African parrots too. Yours, Florin
My budgies started chirping and jumping when I played this music, they chirped 1st time in my home since 3 days
Thanks for the music.
14:00 the nest was a'rocking, you know what that means...
Haha! Good observation. Thanks, Florin
Boaz Russell 😅
Haha
new budgie started chirping and moving around when I played this
Great, that's what I needed to hear! Thanks for the feedback. Your new budgie deserves to be entertained! Yours, Florin
My Sweet Girl loves this 🦜🥰🥰 she play with her toys all happy and be all over her cage singing and chirping 🥰
My 2 parakeets, "Stan & Ollie" LOVE hearing this!!
And I LOVE getting this kind of feedback. Thank you! I plan to make similar videos.
Cheryl Lockhart love your last name.. its mine as well
Mines a diva for that as well, between her cage cleanings, her water spout, her food, and both baths she will let me know what she needs by tapping her beak on them!!!
@@mygirlplaytime like the dude in the second Harry Potter
I just got a parakeet, and at first he wouldn't eat or move away from the corner. Now hes chirping a bit, and eating and moving around! Thank you so much!!

Now Shes A Cat
Cool!
Lol I'm dying 😄
I played this and my birds got jealous and so did I..lol..What a wonderful set up you have.
Hi Ellen, thanks for your comment. You can allow your birds to have this kind of fun every now and then if they seem to enjoy it. The place I filmed was in Belgium, at a zoo. Yours, Florin
My budgie had just gotten spooked and flew to a high perch he seems so much more relaxed as this plays
One of my budgies was chirping, the other was just sleeping. 🤣🐦🐦

I had 2 budgies, one of them died 2 weeks ago... the other one was left lonely :( so i played this video to cherr him up! And he enjoyed it :D He chirped with them happily🥰 so sweet
My budgie started bobbing his head and whistling which is amazing since his best friend passed 3 days ago and he has mostly just been sitting in the same place and looking around for his buddy which is absolutely heartbreaking, but this really cheered him up. Thank you.🥺❤️🦜
I feel for him/her and you, i know the feeling all too well.
hope you find it another companion.
Good day.
I got my parakeet a few days ago, his names Tiki and after i’ve played this everyday since i got him it seems to be his favorite. he always chirps like crazy and he learned to get up and perch on my finger and he’s loosened up a lot. i’m happy this video exist 😂
Guys tiki reminds me of miraculous ladybug
The only video my budgies LOVE without a bunch of ads- I they love this one cause these are truly the sounds of happy budgies! Unlike other small caged budgies who are prob tweeting & depressed. Glad I found this one!! My budgies are happy now!
My budgies stopped chirping and listening carefully....
Just laughed my head off at 25:01 where the female gets fed up with the pestering and picks once at the male, who immdiately is sent away.... lol...
Thanks! I also find them fun to watch. Yours, Florin
My budgie were really scared of me and I played this with in 5 seconds they started to fly all over the place and were really happy.
My budgies love it.
I'm glad to hear that. Thanks for letting me know! Florin
Whenever I'm studying I put this on and instently they start singing! Such a great video
Thank you so much! I hope to bring back more footage fresh from Belgium this Sunday. same aviary, same budgies, maybe a better microphone. Best wishes, Florin
