Play this video of happy budgies to your pet budgerigar or to your small flock of budgies and they will be happy too. The social nature of parakeets makes them love this kind of videos. My previous videos of Banco the budgie calling, chirping and screaming have entertained thousands of budgies.
The third episode of 'Happy Budgies' is based on the same principle as episodes 1 and 2. I have designed it specifically to entertain pet budgerigars by adding to the sounds of Banco the budgie some recordings of flocks of budgerigars kept at Pairi Daiza Zoo in Belgium and Paradise Park in Cornwall. They have a colony of wild budgerigars at Paradise Park. Your budgerigars will hear not only Banco’s calls, but also mating songs delivered by males to females, begging calls of chicks, excited screams of budgies in flight, and other sounds of the Australian outback.
Listening to this video, your parakeets will feel like in the middle of a large flock of budgies, as nature intended it. If you keep many budgies in an aviary, they won’t be so impressed by this video and obviously don’t need it. But if you care for only one or a few budgies, play this and please let me know in a comment how they react. Enjoy the information I’m sharing in the video too!

I have 3 pairs of budgies and they were sitting quietly after having lunch, when i played these sounds they started to fly here and there!
❤ The chirping of budgerigars can be more than just pleasant - it is a source of comfort and joy. As someone who has experienced the effect of their company firsthand, I can confirm that my feathered friends have dispelled my loneliness in no time. It's fascinating how the feelings of loneliness between humans and budgerigars resemble each other. Like us, budgerigars also need community to feel safe and secure.
In a world increasingly dominated by digitization and isolation, we experience less human connection than ever before. This increasing loneliness is alarming for our mental health and social fabric. While interacting with budgerigars can be a remedy, it's no substitute for genuine human relationships.
The joy my budgerigars express when hearing the chirps of their fellow birds shows how important community is to them. The chirping video livens up my birds and also lifts my spirits. The presence of my feathered friends at home means that I will never be completely alone again, and that is a blessing. It's amazing how much comfort and happiness they bring me, simply through their presence and lively nature. ❤
My 3 parakeets become so happy and vocal when they hear these budgie sounds. They come out of their cage and fly around much more too. It really livens them up. Yes, the flock is really important to these little birds. I am glad there is a way to bring that experience to them. Their chirping can be therapeutic to me also.

It's true, the sense of belonging to a flock is crucial for these little birds. It's great that you've found a way to bring that experience to them and see how it livens them up. Plus, it's a bonus that their chirping can be therapeutic for you as well! It sounds like a win-win situation for everyone involved.
I can definitely relate to that! I use the last three videos permanently and knowingly because I want to establish the belonging of my two budgies to this specific flock. Whenever I want to revive them, I put the playlist on. It's amazing to see how they respond to the budgie-specific chirping, that really perks them up.
Sometimes they chill or forage quite a while listening to their flock and it's for certain, that their rest and foraging are optimized and they don't feel lonely.

6:31 When listening to this, my male Budgie leaps to the highest place in the room and starts verbally maintaining his command of the immediate area. My Female who is the best female singer I've ever met, retreats into the cage and begins to softly sing.

My budgie lost her mate and was depressed. . I played many budgie sound videos before this but she didn't react much; But this one, she loves! She is chirping along and I am so happy to hear her chirping again. Thank you for uploading this. God bless.

Thanks! The video part took me weeks, but when I had 2 hours I started to split them in half-hour videos, so it was easy with the second. Sadly I seem to have deleted my largest project! :-) The audio part is always the tricky one and I have to make many versions every time. It's an art as much as a science, mixing sounds and checking how the final track works.

Is it possible to make some who are bit less long but have same effect? My bird loves it but sometimes i dont have the patience to wait half an hour untill it ends. But thanks for this. It makes my budgie better
Put the device on a timer, so it shuts off after your desired time? Budgies enjoy the noise. 30 mins out of 24 hours isn’t that long. ^_^
@@oakzlachica yes but what should i do half an hour then ? I usually also dont have the time to just wait 30 minutes sit and do nothing. I want some advice how to.interact with birds. I know im not good at it but i love them
Hi Dolphy, thanks for your feedback. What device are you using? If you play the video on a phone, just turn off TH-cam or move to another video as soon as you don't wish to hear these sounds. I'm not very technical so I don't know what else to suggest. Best wishes! Florin
