    मेरे पिताजी 74 साल के हैं, सात साल पहले उन्हें स्टेंट लगवाना पड़ा। कुछ दिन हमने उन्हें परहेज में रखा, जैसे ये डाक्टर साहब बोलते हैं ठीक उसी तरह। चार महीने में उनकी मरने जैसा हाल हो गया। मां बोली वैसे भी मर ही जाएंगे तो सब कुछ खाने को दे देते हैं। उसके बाद से सब कुछ खाते हैं, मस्त हैं 🙂

    My wife suffering from intestine problem, can't digest any wheat product,milk products also vegetables except potato. She eats 3 times a piece of rohu or katla fish(not any oily fish) ,small amount of rice,a spoon of dal with some potatoes and 2/3 pieces of some vegetables. She cannot take any fruit due to acidity. She suffers from constipation and diorhea alternately since a long time.

    sir mera cholesterol 260 tha aur triglycerides 320 i eat fish 4 times in week and eat methi dana daily after 4 months mera level 140 cholesterol aur triglycerides 150 fish is very beneficial for heart aapki baat se sehmat nahi hoon

    His comments are misleading. Fish is very good for your health as its has all the vitamins and nutrition. It is very good for your heart as well. He himself is a vegetarian and is trying to promote veganism to everybody which is not right.

    Veg & non veg both are important food elements but to be eaten with respect to body condition. Regular exercise & positive thinking is required for good health....

      Daily one whole egg

    Only one request doctor, please stop scaring people like this🙏 each and every doctor said in my life that except some specific fish, Fish always good for heart health. Goggle says, consume two serving of Fish a week to reduce heart attack at least 20%. So except you everybody is wrong including goggle. What about Japanese people who are the highest score of longevity? They have eaten Fish daily. Please explain 🙏

    Beacuse Fish, meat,oil play very important part for human body, with out these products our body will not survive. God made us like that. We need Proteens and oils too.
    And we need good cholesterol too for our body.

      Right,without cholesterol there is deficiency of bile,vit d,and many hormone,we have to decrease internal inflammation mainly caused by high carbohydrate diet and stress

      People with high cholesterol live longer. That's what recent research says. Eggs are good for one. Omega3 rich fish are excellent( Mediterranean diets are the in thing: fish+ extra virgin olive oil) . And anyway, one is not aiming to live forever. So eat healthy and execise. To be on plant food alone does not sound very interesting.

    If your analysis is right then tell me scientifically what will be source of amino acids required for our body. All types of amino acids are not available in vegitable.

      One process is called as "protineoginesis" where body prudce protein itself...just think there are many people in the world who take only rice and wheat potato in their whole life, very less protien, then how their body built because body building required "protien".     We Bengali people usually consume fish every day and we have sharp brains with good health. My father is taking fish every day and he is having good health at 75. where Americans and recognized medical sources are saying fish oil with Omega 3 fatty acids is good for your health this doctor is saying fish oil is bad for your health!!! Please doctor provide a supportive reference for your stand otherwise I am not going to believe you. Request everyone to check the other facts from different sources before taking any decision.
