Thanks for this series, just finished the final one! I found this section a bit hard work in honesty, particularly east of Beuil and around the Col de Turini, I was crying out for some more open roads. That said on a much smaller, lighter bike like the 125 I reckon it makes far more sense. If people are finding it too much a brilliant route is to head south from Beuil, the road is wonderfully smooth and sweep and you run through a mini canyon of unusual red rock. Thanks again!
I live in St Martin vesubie, and I agree, I love the blend between mountain and mediterranean cultures and architecture, it's gorgeous! Thank you for visiting our region, and thanks for this video :)
@@yoshi125cc The last three weeks have been amazing regarding the amount of snow : two meters in 5 days at around 2500m :D The ski resorts (Valberg and La colmiane at Col st martin) you went by have been extremely busy and lively recently. But I won't lie to you, the early winter haven't been that way, although there was still snow on summits! obviously :) Anyway, thank you very much for enjoying our region, it is everything to me that somebody can smile thanks to its beauty!
Thanks for showing what a great travel bike these Super Cubs are. A friend has just taken his to the Elephant Rally from the UK and it was fine for the distance and so cheap to fuel.
Yes totally, many riders are obsessed with power an HP, makes zero sense, can only do 100km/h on country roads anyway. Relaxed riding is the way to go :-)
VG
Hello my friend, I have a question, would you suggest to someone that want to make the same trip in the Alps, to change the standard sprockets in order to climb easier or it is not necessary? Thank you in advance 👍
Hi! While the Cub might be rather slow in steep uphill climbing, it never had difficulties. You absolutely don't need to change sprockets. Keep it in its original configuration. Nice travels!
Hello Yoshi 125cc, first of all, thank you very much for your series, which I have been looking at. Partly because of your films, I also bought a new super cub, but only to get to my workplace. I cycled part of the route you covered years ago on my touring bike, specifically the Cormet de Roselend and the Co de Turini. I even recognized some parts of your tour 😀. But how did you make it back home from Menton? That's 630 km on the direct route, and you don't just ride it in one go... -- Markus
Hi Markus, I did 2 stopovers on my journey from Menton to Lörrach: First one was in Gap (worth a visit, nice town!) and second one was in Bourg en Bresse (not really interesting in my opinion).

A really beautiful place you live in! Do you have lots of snow in the winter? Regards from Lörrach, Germany!
