      I make them weeks ahead and freeze them so absolutely you could make them a day or two ahead and keep them in the refrigerator.

    This is your most recent video I could find, and I want to ask you a question because you just seem to know all the different things that I like in life.❤
    I always loved eating sour buckwheat pancakes. They're very thin. I have not been able to find out how to make the starter from buckwheat. My dear friend Lena passed away and she gave me the starter recipe. If you happen to have the recipe I would really appreciate if you would share it.

      Oh dear, I wish I knew. I have a buckwheat waffle recipe, but I've never made buckwheat sourdough. It sounds good though!
