After depolarization: Secondary wave of depolarization accompanying a normal or abnormal depolarization wave.
Early After depolarization: Repolarization is slow so QT interval is prolonged and AP is decreased which slows the HR.
Delayed After depolarization: RMP is reached after depolarization, but before complete refractory period is attained, premature AP generation takes place so HR is increased.

Sir I have one doubt how Av block (Heart block)arises arrhythmia as there is no impulse conduction from sa node to Av due to Av block that leads to completely Heart failure but how does it cause arrhythmia?.
