I have a feeling this channel is going to be a huge thing soon. Such great content delivered by someone so passionate and down to earth, who could ask for more. Fantastic and fun at the same time!
That would be lovely but I am just loving what I am doing.. I love food and just want people to make simple tasty food without wasting it! Thanks for the love
thanks chef! The "1 ingredient from dry store + 1 fresh ingredient + seasoning" formula is really appreciated! I'll apply it to my meals this week and experiment.
One of the things I do with leftover and getting slightly squishy and/or sprouty spuds.. Make a batch of buttery mash potato. Portion it and freeze it. And it can be cooked on the stove from frozen in a saucepan on a low heat. Or microwave if you so choose.
Your videos are so entertaining and so well edited. They deserve to be getting much more views. I always worry that when videos don’t do big numbers the creator may stop. Please keep them coming!
This is so informational. I'm a new subscriber so I'm going to be diving deep into all of your videos. Right now my biggest issue is cooking the right portions. it's only my husband and I, but I only know how to cook for a family of 6 or meal prep, so learning to scale down the recipes I grew up eating has been a challenge. I pretty much stopped going out to eat because the portion sizes (in the US) are out of control. My husband and I just split meals when we go out, not to save money, but to not waste food.
Oh nice one thanks buddy, there is plenty of videos to deep dive into. Ok i did a video on cookbooks and recipes. I will try and explain here... Basically if you can look at a recipe and can bulk together what ingredients are doing in the recipe it is a lot easier to scale things back and also adapt as you know what things are doing in a recipe. Dialing certain things back might impact flavour, but also dialing other parts back will obviously reduce the volume. Hope that helps
I've started to bore myself now, get onboard people! A special talent for all things food and entertainment, we as a family focus heavily on reducing food waste, some great recipes, use what you buy folks, makes sense!

Just discovered it. And yeah.. This channel definitely deserves to be bigger.
Simple easy instructions without the pretentious over complication..
I want to see this channel blow up. Love this blokes energy and really good content.
That would be wonderful - i think it;'s going to take some time, but the comments and shares help so thanks buddy
