Feel free to share any tips and strategies you all use in your base designs! Also leave suggestions for things you'd like to see in the future....could be a base design, testing a mechanic or build concept, or anything in between!
You absolutely deserve a larger audience, you make great guides and give amazing tips. I loved this video and I'll definitely use some of these tips on my next run.
That was fun! A very informative video since I enjoy building tower bases but haven't used the tiny shapes or horizontal supports to make a "floating" base. The race at the end was adorable, too! I could practically feel you getting thwacked when you zoomed in on your choice for the second race! Also: that switchback with the ramp blocks and poles is _very_ effective...can't wait to try it!
Another excellent video from you guys! Love the interactions between you both at the end! Is there more to the completion then what is shown here lol? Been taking a break from the game playing Enshrouded but I'll definitely have to use these tips come alpha 22! That is assuming TFP doesn't patch anything out 😆
Challenge Design: This base but in a base that makes the zombies go into a crawling Position this way it makes it easier to get better headshots Expecially on Demos and cops
Man i love your videos and i have learned alot from your tips and tricks. However, would you be so awesome and make a video for how to build a base that is good to live in and also to fight off endgame blood moons? Having several bases is not an option for me so i am looking for a complete base for both aspects.
That makes me very glad to hear! Actually, this POI base includes a place to live with a late game horde base: th-cam.com/video/m9ckhMTInuk/w-d-xo.html. I show the build steps from early to lategame including how to set up home.
Another Rube Goldberg horde base. Ultra-complex, maximally brittle and definitely a poor choice for an actual horde base. But it works for explaining different tricks and mechanics. Btw, floating bases are done with that double railings shape that becomes invisible when touching other shapes on both sides now. No need to paint em and they are even less likely to get hit.
Just FYI, the Fun Pimps watch videos like yours to find ways to defeat the player by delegitimizing your base build elements. Why? They've always hated that the players beat their game, even when using built-in game mechanics. Go figure.
They've definitely done that in the past but they haven't removed every strategy, even over successive alphas. So here's hoping they don't remove everything for Version 1.0 🤞

Love the friendliness ;-D

We're very happy you enjoyed the video and that it will be useful to you! We greatly appreciate the comment, thank you!
Thank YOU! Your base build vids are the best out there.
We appreciate that, thanks a lot!
Great tips! Ty for referencing the Cautious Pancake video!
Absolutely, no problem!
Like this! Keep them coming!
Absolutely!!
Nice to see you both in a video! Great competition at the end :D
Thanks lol!

Greatly appreciate that, thanks! There was more to the competition but alas not all of it could be included :D

Well this base does have long segmented crawling corridors all aligned for that purpose :)
@@pseudoposse I was referencing That corador but make them crawl the entire way

You are a base god!
You should do a Marbles type base, zombies can't die. See who makes it through the base first haha. Spawn one of each type.
That would be hilarious lol!
Great ideas and well presented
Thanks!
It is a good looking base.
How easy would it be to build outside of God Mode?
This base is quite impractical and pretty much serves as a demo for the video. To build it not in God mode would take a very long time.
I can hear taco is beating eerie at the end lol
Maybe, maybe not :D
Have you tried these obstacles with the pathing mod?
I haven't ever used that mod. That could be interesting to try
Thanks!
You're welcome!
This is just ninja warrior for zombies 😂
Essentially lol
I feel like this base could be purchased from ikea :D
It definitely could 😂

another doofus looking for tips online but acts like they know it all then likes their own comment
That is pretty much the gist of the base haha :D
Invisible shapes....I'll have to try that out!
@@pseudoposse I just pretend controversy for algorithm's sake and say that you would be the last one to try that out 🥳
@@Oktokolo Much appreciate it!
7:10 is that creature from a mod or they added that in a new update?
That is from a mod I am working on :)
@@pseudoposse does it add new monsters or just replace old ones?
@@tigrecito48 Just adds new ones. All the existing enemies remain.
