Awesome fishing Peter! Im gonna have to go chase some of those spotties in the bay never caught them there only on the gc. Well done on helping the turtle👍👍
Well done, the turtle rescue must have made you feel good and then the spotty mackerel, great. The comment I must make is be aware that if you are in Queensland, which I think you are, you now need to be wearing a suitable Pfd in an open boat when you are on your own. Please check the new regulations,,,,
@@WayneEvans-zy8kv was great to free the turtle and see it swim off. Thankfully I own a Bassco which is 5m and in qld it is for boats under 4.8m in length.
Well done Pete! That is one lucky turtle. Am I the only fisherman who thinks there are too many crab pots out there , in use or abandoned , with no limit of new ones being sold? Anyway .... nice Spotties!
@@pedrothefisherman5029 cheers mate, happy it was ok in the end! Unfortunate thing really, I’m not into crabbing myself but I believe it’s like anything, accidents happen.
@Rohan-m3k sometimes they swim close to the surface and ‘push’ the water which I can see. Tried to zoom the footage to show that but may not have been very noticeable.
Not gunna lie , I nearly fell outta my arm chair when you said I actually don’t have a knife on me 😂that boat is kitted to the nines and no knife lol , another great video Peter I’m only a recent subscriber but I’m learning a lot watching your videos so I’m very grateful .
