We currently have 2 locations with your CVI equipment. We are looking to upgrade to the latest technology but are concerned with support and warranty. We bought all our equipment from Security services which have since went out of business and was told by your support department you don’t offer support for the product we own even though they have the Dahua label. The equipment works fine but I don’t want to proceed with new Dahua products if we have the same problem in a few years. If you want to talk privately I can offer you more information.
