Dear Sir, Reference product….. which was installed at a client location today. However, it has been observed that inspite of setting permissions on some of the cameras, the viewer is still able to view the feed continuously. I have tried myself to set the permissions but it’s not working. Kindly provide solution early or the customers has demanded return of the CCTV system and replacement with alternate make. The app had no possibility to switch off the IR light. Is there onother way to switch off the IR light.
