Mike, great to hear your blood markers are improving. Take it from a 30 year and counting stage 4 cancer survivor, ATTITUDE is everything. Wish you well.
Well, I don’t think you should’ve been racing at that time. You should’ve been taken care of your health specially, on some of the major on at that time you could’ve hurt somebody and then you wreck, and you breathe in a bunch of smoke that wasn’t very smart of you And you haven’t been that smart all your life and I don’t want to be on your ass when you’re sick but you should’ve been taking care of yourself and be at home race and will be there when you get done with your treatments. God bless I’ll pray for you.
Mike, on Oct 18th 2019 at BMP (North Georgia). It was my first time out of the house in 9 months...Why was that, I walked up to you and asked for a picture. I told you why and it was because Mary was fighting stage 4 Breast Cancer..we talked and you asked to Face Time Mary and tell her "To Fight and you would Pray for her". With that said anything I can do I'll do Mike. You and your family are in our Prayers. As you told her, Don't Give Up and Fight, I tell you the same Mike..!! BTW, Mary's Breast Cancer is gone and has not come back. Thank You Mike for that face time as it ment so much to her when she couldn't be there to see you. Your in our Thoughts and Prayers. F** Cancer.. You got this..!!
In January 2021 I had a heart attack and was admitted to the VA Hospital in ATL where I was surrounded by covid patients. My thoughts kept telling me that this was it and there was no way I could recover from heart surgery and battle all the bugs and jabs. I leaned on Jesus and continually praised Him for what He was doing in my life. I had no visitors for the entire 4 weeks that I was in the hospital. My only comfort was the promise that Jesus made to me in His Word that said He would never leave me or forsake me. I was covered in a blanket of His Presence and Peace. He alone was my shield and He alone was my deliverer. Jesus is Faithful. Did I suffer? Was I in pain? Was I at times fearful? Absolutely, but I continued to Praise God for His love for me, His Blood that washed away my sins, and His healing power that He graciously poured out upon me. Whether He healed my physical body or He healed me by bringing my spirit into Himself where He sits on The Heavenly Throne, I had His Peace that surpasses all natural understanding. My hope is that everyone that is going through trials and testing as we were foretold that we would have to endure, Call upon the Name above every name, His Name is Jesus Christ, and it's only through Him that you can have life. Jesus is The Way, The Truth, and The Life and no one can have access to eternal life with The Almighty Father of all spirits unless they go through His Beloved Son, Jesus! Call upon the Name of Jesus Christ and you will be saved from being separated from Him and escape the punishment set aside for all rebellious spirits that rejected His love.

My wife had the same she was diagnosed w/Stage 4 Lung Cancer 98% of her liver was covered she did a first round of chemo all but the last treatment almost killed her they stopped that and just started treating her with KEYTRUDA today she is cancer free does not light up anywhere hope they get something to work that good for you Mike
My wife is a 8 year stage 4 breast cancer survivor. Lung, spine, liver and lymph node. You got this Mike stay strong, stay positive, fight hard and keep your faith.
Sorry to Hear Mike. I’m a Stage 4 throat cancer survivor for 5 years now. Stay positive and keep good people around you as much as possible. You will beat this my friend 🙏
I contracted covid in Jan '20, before it really started to hit. One of the 1st confirmed cases was someone who had been to China & worked as a local grade school janitor. I was sick as heck for 3 wks, (later determined it was covid as I starting learning about it. ), then was exhausted for 2 more weeks. At the end of those 5 weeks when I finally had the energy to shave my overgrown winter beard, I found a lump under my R ear. About the size of a ping pong ball w/ 25% above the skin. With a medical background, I knew this wasn't good, & immediately told my PC doc. By this time, covid was picking up steam & an upcoming appt, where she said she'd chk the lump was changed to a vid appt. She scheduled a CAT scan 'bout a month later & necrotic lymph node was the diag. Then a PET scan another month later confirmed. Another month goes by & I was sent to a surgeon about having the dead cell lymph node removed. I go to a medical school for my PC & other docs. By this time, we're in covid lock down. Within 5 minutes of seeing this surgeon, he tells me I have HPV related throat cancer in my R tonsil & it's into my lymph node because they are side by side. The things we learn in life. Next thing I know I'm getting a non-explanation of my treatment options, w/ surgery being necessary due to the dead lymph node. So, highly uninformed, I choose surgery, then radiation, only to learn if I have radiation, no fillings or crowns, & I'm 66, at that time, so June '20, they pull all my teeth. July '20, the tonsil & node surgery; 'neck dissection' is the accurate term. B4 I'm out of the hospital, am told rad is not needed. By Jan '21 the 2nd ear ache of my life started; the 1st being from the cancer tumor. I tried to tell myself it was allergies, but within 3 months, was told the cancer was back. Did 7 weeks of rad & 7 chemo doses in Fall '21, ending mid-Oct. I was a very healthy, active 66 year old when this all started. Worked physically, like I did in my 30-40's. I got stronger & healthier during the 7 wks of treatment. Yeah, I had the rad effects, but no chemo sickness. Then, 4 days after treatment ended, the freight train, bus & semi hit me. Was bed-ridden for 4+ months, could not sit up on my own for 1st two. I'm approaching 18 months post treatment. I still have a G-tube in my belly as my saliva glands don't work enough to swallow. I also have 1st Bite Syndrome, (FBS), since the neck dissection in '20. This may all be old hat to you, but FBS is hell. It's like being stabbed w/ an ice pick, just below your ear whenever you put something sweet, sour, dry which normally might cause that little twinge in your jaw. Did you go thru either lack of saliva production or FBS? I am in the doldrums of how slow recovery from cancer treatment is, & can't get straight answers from docs. Any advice, knowledge you've gained & can share would be greatly appreciated. I'm so glad you've battled away yours. Regards, GeoD
@@I_Shih_Tzu_Not Thank you. Can't seem to catch a break; feeling rather gut punched right now. Just as I finally am feeling like I'm about to turn the corner on cancer treatment recovery, I was told I have a pancreatic cyst. The 'good' news is only 20-30% become cancer, & most people diagnosed w/ the type of cyst I have are alive 5 years later. Didn't find anything about ten years... Thanks for your kind words. GeoD
Facts…. I know somebody had stage 4 cancer, and by them cutting out sugar completely, 6 months later his cancer is almost none existent. Keep up the good work, stay on track to sugar free diet.
You're in my prayers buddy. I am still here after 12 years, I was at one point considered terminal. I do not know if I'll be here in another 12 years but I was determined to watch my kids grow up, and I have. My daughter graduates this year and my son is just a few years behind her. I kept setting small goals, I kept moving the goal post to the next thing I needed to be here for. I am sorry that you are dealing with this, but I am praying for you and your family.
Great to hear!! Was it flooring related? I only ask because im a flooring guy and i know there are to many hazards we deal with on a day to day basis to count!!
I am a cancer survivor myself and I feel your pain I'm praying for you fight the good fight brother it's been an honor to watch you race all these years
Mike as a 2 time cancer survivor i have an idea of what you're going through , at the time of my second bout i was given a 10 percent chance of making it another 10 years . In january i made my 10 year mark ,you are lucky to have a woman by your side who is helping you get through this , my wife is the one who gave me the strength to go through Radiation, Chemo and hormone therapy when i was just tired due to the loss of 2 of my daughters and a grandchild in the year before my first bout with cancer ,she pushed and prodded me through all of this and gave me a reason to keep going . prayers for you and your family for the strength to get through this and come out the other side of this with your health and sanity.
Thank you, Mike, for sharing your story! Lung Cancer Foundation of America's mission is to fund more lung cancer research to find more treatments like the one that is working so well for you! We appreciate your courage to increase awareness of the leading cause of cancer death.
Praying for you my friend!! I'm a 14 year pancreatic cancer survivor. I was only given 7 years to live after chemotherapy and two major operations.. Now the cancer has shown up in my stomach and near my liver.. But if I could give you one piece of advice, it would be this, stay positive and keep the negative about the disease away from you.. Your attitude about your situation is the key to survival.. Stay positive and keep living your life and eat healthy foods. God bless you and your family...
@@franksancho1786 dr. Burton Berkson has successfully treated metastatic pancreatic cancer with alpha lipoic acid and low dose Naltrexone. I am not kidding look into this. Other people have use ivermectin (yes the "horse paste" that works for covid and has eight mechanisms to fight cancer. Exactly my diagnosis. I don't mind knowing I'm gonna die. I just can't stand the pain in my guts. I can feel my guts crying in pain but don't wanna die being a pain pill junkie. I had a great life im at ease but I just feel bad knowing how bad my family is gonna feel when I die.
Sorry to hear about this Mike. My Wife has endured breast cancer and after beating that, she was diagnosed with leukemia on her birthday in 2020. She is now cancer free once again, so it’s doable Mike. Keep fighting.
Hang in there Mike we are praying for you. I have been a fan of yours for many years. That being said, I would like to take a moment to share some things with you. I am a survivor of Coronary Artery disease and Cancer. I have had some great physicians who did awesome work. But the best thing I can offer to you is the experience that I have with the great physician. My relationship with God has been the one thing that has made all the difference. I lost over 60 pounds and am now Cancer free. I learned a lot about myself during the journey. But the comforter that I now know more about than ever is Jesus. He gets all of the credit, praise and glory. I hope this helps and I hope you don't feel I am preaching to you. But know that we are praying for you. This life is short, but eternity is forever. God bless you Mike 😇
August 2021, one of my friends was diagnosed stage 4, don't remember the cancer name, he was given 18 months, but after several rounds of Chemo, he rang the bell, cancer free. And feels better than ever. Keep your head held high my friend, you can do this, cancer sucks and I have faith you will beat it!
That is crazy.. I had a friend that was diagnosed August 2021 with lung cancer... His already was in his brain too tho.. He had early success with chemo but lost his battle in July 2022... My last visit was May and he was losing reality more each day.. He did not recognize me at first..35 years and he lost me for a bit...then suddenly he recognized me...we both wept..then we talked about our youth.. Like is fleeting... Make good with family friends daily.. Make amends with your Maker... Never know the hour or day. Jesus saves!!

Keep that attitude going man! I was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer about a year and a half ago at 33. You never know what tomorrow will bring, but I’m damn sure not gonna let this stuff slow me down anytime soon.
When you are dealing with cancer you fight like you the third monkey on the ramp to Noah's Ark and brother its starting to rain. I was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer. At first only given 2 years found new doctors they have already removed part of colon and I go.on March 22 n to get right lobe of liver removed.

I would bet anything the "cure" is known by some, placed here by God just for us. Hidden by powerful families, the ones so wealthy their true wealth is not known. Information is coming out so fast. Much being uncovered, maybe even a cure. I hope the best for everyone afflicted, I can't believe how many comments are by people with experience in this, it's concerning! Believe you will win and the odds skyrocket. Gotta believe.
Prayers for you and your family my friend. At my heaviest I was 342 pounds. Through proper diet and exercise. I am now 199 pounds. That was surgery free. I’ve been diagnosed with end stage renal failure and need a life-saving kidney. I am on the national transplant list. Like you I continue to function as normally as possible. Thank you for sharing your life with us. You definitely are an inspiration.

I had cancer and a lengthy battle for 3 years, my prayers go out for you Mike it's a hard battle. I pray you concure this and are clear of cancer as I am. God bless you friend.
That's how my dad started with lung cancer, he survived it, he died of heart failure 10 years later at age 79. He had a lung removed. You will be in my prayers tonight Mike.🙏
You’ve got to stay positive brother positive vibes gives positive results I was diagnosed with stage 4 lymphoma, blood cancer . my friends and family especially my wife and kids kept my mind in a good place. So glad I'm not the only one that remembers those magazines. I still have every one. My love for foxbodys came from them as well as Mike becoming my hero.
@@picklefart There's "Many" of us that knows all about those Magazines, i Got Boxes Filled of Those Magazines starting in the Late 80,s, Mainly MM&FF, RevanEvan got a cool Channel, got a couple videos of the Old School 5.0 Days. I remember the entire build up of his Project Stocker Mustang.
Mike magazine story. We were headed back from a Fun Ford Weekend in Baytown. DPS pulled us over for having no trailer lights ( blown fuse). Open trailer days. DPS was using the 5.0 for their patrol cars. Just the previous month Mike’s black coupe made the cover of super ford magazine, his first ever cover. The DPS officer had a copy of the magazine and asked for mikes autograph. NO TICKET. And a Texas Star was born. You got this bro. Greg
DUDE I'm 36 years old and when I was much younger, like 12-16 every Christmas my parents got me a subscription to muscle mustangs and fast fords as like a stocking stuffer. But when I started seeing Mike Murillo's face in the last 10 years or so, maybe more, I could never figure out where I knew him from or his face. YOU LITERALLY JUST SINGLE HANDEDLY SOLVED THIS MYSTERY OF MINE BY YOUR COMMENT bc now I realize that's where I remember seeing him was in those mags! I even remember it! As soon as I read your comment, It brought me back to reading about his car and him. I never could figure it out before.
My dad had stage 4 throat cancer. He survived and has been in remission for over 10 years. You got this! Sounds like everything is slowly improving! Make sure you keep eating right and keep going. I love watching your youtube vids and love watching you race on street outlaws. I can tell you are a good man and seems like you care about your fans and the other racers. Good luck and God bless
I saw this the Hour it was released. It took me two days to write this comment. My wife and I care for the Murillo Family very much and this news was not only kept tight for quite a while but also was a BIG IMPACT on our Family. I had a hard day at work the next day after hearing the news. Most of us can relate to this news in one way or another and me personally have lost 10 family members due to this Disease including my Father of 67 years of age. But let's all focus on the positive and Keep the faith and keep those Prayers up. I am so happy to hear the progress and LOVE that attitude Mike has, what a great guy and Father!! Keep up the Good work Mike and Lisa!! P.S. Lena says Hi !
My husband was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer that was also in his bones. He had a very small chance of survival because his lungs and heart were so badly damaged. Unfortunately 2 months after he came home from the hospital, he passed 😢 Mike if there is one thing I can say to you is God’s got this…🙏🙏🙏 God bless you and your family as you go through these health issues!!! You are in my prayers!!!💜💜💜
My prayers go out to you and your family, Mike. Cancer sucks. My wife has been diagnosed with breast cancer and me with skin cancer too. With prayer we can get through all of this. It is the Lord’s path for us to follow. Keep the faith. Never give up. Fight, fight like hell. MD Anderson is a great facility. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
I am five and a half years past being diagnosed with and then undergoing surgery for pancreatic cancer. Telling my kids about my sickness was worse than hearing the diagnosis. I understand your pain. I believe that the love I have for my family and not wanting to leave them to fend for themselves is what motivated me to fight as hard as I have to survive. Good luck to you and yours mate from downunder!
@@gmaw23beauties37 I had a distal pancreatectomy and splenectomy. Plus they removed 18 lymph nodes. And then that was followed by a six month round of chemo.
Stay strong Mike. This time last year I had stage 3 lymphoma and had to get almost TWO LITERS of fluid drained of my chest every two weeks or else I couldn't walk 5feet without oxygen. Totally understand the "what I gotta do to get better" attitude. I was wondering what was wrong so my diagnosis actually gave me something to fight instead of a blind undiagnosed illness. Shortly after I had chemo which really sucked but today I'm cancer free and getting back to my life and very physically demanding job. People recover and there is life on the other side.
So sorry to hear this man. My son who is 30 was diagnosed with brain cancer last year. He is doing good and strong. Please keep the faith brother. We love you man.
Mike, you are one of our fav drivers, and "bigger" than life. God Bless you and your family. We will be praying for your recovery and getting back to "normal".
Man I watched this video. I ain’t lying I started to get misty eyed. I lost my dad to lung cancer. Dude I can’t tell you how happy it makes me to here your doin well. Keep fight nothing but love for you and the family.
Just found your channel. This is the first video of yours I have seen. I’m praying for you and your family. Praying for your doctors as well. Keep fighting brother. You can kick cancers ass.
This man is a huge pillar in the street racing and track racing community. Multiple times world champion, and also NPK winner all with his baby lafawnduh
My father passed in 2017 of stage 4 lung cancer, it sucks so I kinda understand how your kiddos possibly feel. I stay in the 405 but I've been a fan since I seen you on outlaws, you're down to earth & a all around good dude. I wish you the best & will continue to watch to see how you do this season
Love hearing your story Mike. Fight like hell!!! I’m two years cancer free now after a pretty severe bladder cancer situation. It was life-changing. But I’m alive and doing fine. You can do this!
I'm praying for Mike. You got this. I too at the age of 40 have battled lung cancer. Stay on it brother. You will have follow up CT scans for the rest of your life. My recent one came back negative. It's possible brother it is.🙏
Buddy, I don't know how I came across your video. I will tell you that you are one amazing man. Your story was very special and touched my heart. As I am certain you have touched so many others. I am not a very religious man but I will tell you from the bottom of my heart. I do believe God is most certainly watching out for you and your family. Keep up the great fight my friend....
Damn. Prayers up Mike- thank you for all you've done for racing and the fans over the years. May the good Lord bless you with healing and better health!
Mike, my Dad had stage 4 lung cancer and bladder cancer also, he has had mutiple procedures but he is doing well so hang in there, glad to hear you are winning! Count me in for a tshirt also!
As hard as it is , stay positive. I am currently fighting stage 4 colon cancer, and has spread to my lungs, liver, kidney and one lymph node. I am 55 and it has been a year and all tumors are gone and my cancer marker is at 5.7. Sounds like you have a great support group among friends and family. That is so important, let them help. Thoughts and prayers are with you.
Dear Mike I just came across you on TH-cam. My first time seeing you. I will definitely have you in my prayers. I went through a form of cancer. My husband right now has a small tumor in the brain. Thank God it's not cancer. I had stomach cancer five years ago. So I know how you feel. You're not alone. You have no choice but to give yourself to God. He will get you through it. May God bless you and your family. Keep you strong. It's okay to cry. It's okay to be angry. All the emotions dealing with cancer.
We are raising you up Mike! You are our favorite and we adore you! You have such a contagious smile and beautiful soul and personality. My precious 11 year old daughter put you on our prayer list at church. We love you dearly and you are on the forefront of our minds and hearts!❤ sending prayers as high as we can for you and your beautiful family!
Brother, I am so sorry to hear this. I’m also in San Antonio, and have really wanted to meet you. I’m a disabled veteran and on chemo to treat another condition. Man, I just wanna hug you and tell you how much watching you means to me. I have faith, my brother. The most high sees your good works. God bless, and I hope to see you soon 🙏🏽
You've got this!! My dad is fighting the same thing, except with pelvic bone instead of spine. We are fighting with all we got and letting God be victorious in the Battle
I watched my son go through cancer. It was the hardest thing I have ever done as a father. This April 16th my son is 10 years cancer free. We just watched your story together and over and over my son said, That's right Mike, keep doing you Mike, don't give in to that sickness, beat to down Mike. As if you could hear him. My son never wanted special attention or coddling. He just wanted to stay a kid and keep doing kid things. I feel that was key to his recovery. Stay YOU, work hard when you can, keep yourself busy with things you enjoy. Take every single second with your family and keep them first always. You're doing great! Our prayers are with you. Your kindness and humor have made me a fan for years. Go fast, kick ass and never stop being you. You're awesome man!
I am watching this at 4 am out at my dads house because he is on hospice. I lost my mom 6 years ago to pancreatic cancer. My own health is going down hill at 41. Your positive attitude and seemingly casual attitude really is awesome to see. 🙏🙏🙏
So sorry, Mike! My dad passed away from lung cancer this past October, he had the small cell carcinoma, which is considered to be the fastest, most aggressive cancer that exists. He was diagnosed November 4th 2021 and passed on October 10th 2022. I hope you have a better long term outcome with your cancer being the non-small cell. I will be praying for you! 🙏
Great to hear everything is going better Mike! My wife and I just found out a month ago that our 6 year old daughter has stage 4 neuroblastoma. One spot in her stomach and one under her skull. It was hard for me to listen and watch this video but I am glad I did because it gives me hope! Thank you Mike! I've always been a fan since you were in NMRA! #SavannahStrong
Mike sorry to hear that I lost friends as well to cancer ! I can only tell you this never give up the fight try your hardest to either beat it or put it in remission! Most importantly KEEP THE (FAITH IN YOUR HEART ❤️ STRONG ) God works in ways we will never understand ! Stay strong your in my prayers and never say never YOU CAN WIN THIS ! God Bless Be safe ! We fans all have your back with love blessings and support!❤🇺🇸👍🙏
All great news. Your positive attitude is awesome. I am a cancer survivor myself at the age of 30 I was diagnosed with CML leukemia and I fought it in won. Your story is a testimony in itself. I’m glad you’re on the road to recovery. I love to watch you race and I wish you all the luck. God is great.
My grandma had lung cancer. How awful it was for us. Had 1½ lungs removed and still held on! She lived until 87. You got this! Cancer is just a word, the mind is what makes you lose sense of reality. Don't let a word destroy your life! Get out there and do what you love. You only have 1 shot at this life, make it worth it! Don't be afraid to break out of your comfort zone and push yourself! Army is a great way to learn about mental control. If you tell your mind it's not bad, your body will react as well. As they did a study on people with colds... They found out, your body doesn't respond to the cold. Your mind does. Your mind tells you, you're sick. Sniffle and cough. But if you reverse that, you body won't pick it up without mind input. Good luck in your journey!
This news saddens me as I always see you as unbeatable in all aspects. I wish you nothing but the best and pray that you can beat this. You have an incredible support network. Laugh a lot, I'll order shirts, and I hope to be able to see you and Lisa at a 2023 NPK event.
Damn man I’m so unbelievably sad to hear this. You were always one of my favorite NMRA guys. I remember meeting you and watching you kick ass at the NMRA race in west palm beach back around 2000. You were a very nice and humble guy. Truly a legend!! My buddy got a one in a million picture of your car crossing the line at 200ish mph with the drivers front wheel still in the air! We were soooo blown away by that. The power and unbelievable skill it took to do that. I’m sending up prayers for you and your family brother.
Mike thank you for sharing this with all of us, we are all here because of the wonderful human being you are, even on your down days you have a smile and try to cheer others up.. you are a wonderful person and have a wonderful family. Thoughts and prayers to you and the family..
Im heartbroken to hear this news Mike but I just know it in my heart that you will beat this and win like you have for so many years! Keep the faith and positive outlook along with your friends and family close to you in this fight! 🙏
God bless you bro! 🙏 I was diagnosed with cancer in 2012 but it turned out later after 2 biopsies to be an infection and not cancer. They prescribed a year of antibiotics and it finally got better. Your gonna make it through this man!
Did you have BOOP. Bronchiolitis Obliterane Organing Pneumonia. It is supposed to be rare. High doses of strong antand high doses of prednisone. It is miserable but way better than lung cancer. God bless

Hey Mike, I went through the same diagnosis with my Dad not so long ago. I have been a fan of you and your Fords for some time. I know it can be tough but Never Quit and know your family, friends and fans are behind you. Cancer sucks but you have LOADS to fight for...you have the right attitude!
You got this brother, keep up with the weight loss (it works wonders(in my case TBI)). Doctors don’t know what they are talking about 1/2 the time. They told my mom at day three to pull the plug… And coming up on 10 years Oct 26th and I’m in better shape than most my age. YOU GOT THIS BROTHER.
I remember reading articles about you in the 5.0 mustang magazines I had subscriptions to back in the 90s. You are a legend 🙌 My thoughts and prayers are with you for a full recovery my brother 🙏. U got this beat Mike.
I want to Thank you Mike for being an strong individual and expressing yours medical symptoms of Cancer. You show us that the fight must continue to be fought to ensure survival. Great inspiration to us all 🙌✊👍
Much love Mike I've been there in remission now had stage 4 unknown cell cancer but chemo really worked for me praying for you to do the same good luck keep driving hard brother
You made me laugh & cry. Poor James Finney the brunt of your race team. Wonderful man with a long list of accomplishments. Lisa the rock, a great woman who keeps us on track. A plethora of medical issues has met its fighter. You are a miracle of Gods image. Love you dude!
Mike, great to hear your blood markers are improving. Take it from a 30 year and counting stage 4 cancer survivor, ATTITUDE is everything. Wish you well.
💯 Attitude is everything!
Mike I salute you👍🏼💪
Good for you my friend!
Frank...Your a Bad-Ass also.....Thanks for sharing this!!!
ABSOLUTELY, FIGHT!

Sorry to Hear Mike. I’m a Stage 4 throat cancer survivor for 5 years now. Stay positive and keep good people around you as much as possible. You will beat this my friend 🙏
Did you get checked immediately after you felt the first symptoms and what were they? Asking because my throat just started feeling dry all the time.
Regards,
GeoD

But the best thing I can offer to you is the experience that I have with the great physician. My relationship with God has been the one thing that has made all the difference. He had early success with chemo but lost his battle in July 2022...
My last visit was May and he was losing reality more each day..
He did not recognize me at first..35 years and he lost me for a bit...then suddenly he recognized me...we both wept..then we talked about our youth..

You got this Mike thank you for sharing your story. Appreciate it!!!!
Hey brotha, Sorry to hear about your dad.
Shit dude, so sorry to hear it. I truly wish you the best and pray for a speedy recovery. I lost my mom to lung cancer 4 years ago this month.

Keep fighting brother... My wife was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer about 6 weeks ago. So we're fighting with you ❤
All great news.
You’re a champion Mike Murillo!
Mike is one of my favorites of the shows such a fantastic guy. Praying for you and your family, if anyone can get through it that person is you!
Sending lots of prayers🙏 Great to hear your cancer is in partial remission, keep fighting, we all know you'll never lay down for anything!!!
Happy to hear the positivity! I remember the day they told me. As Cancer survivor, on to the next step! Thanks for sharing!

God bless
