Great way to keep moving on my off day! Slightly ridiculous to do with an overly clingy cat 😂. The forward wave ones ended up being a move forward and kiss the cat type thing for me
I was planning on doing a strength workout today but my body was just telling me no. Did this and feel absolutely wonderful. Thank you for everything you do!
