- I'm always working on something around the house, helping out a friend, or similar...so I figured it was time for a good pair of work pants.
After some reviewing name brands, user reviews, etc. I decided to go with Carhartt's Rugged Flex Duck Double Knee work pants.
I've worn Carhartt double knees in the past while working for Comcast and I was never let down.

How did you size these?! I have seen so many mixed reviews regarding waist size being too small or too big. Will shrinkage be an issue? What’s your height and f weight?
For sizing, I have a couple pair of raw denim jeans that fit perfect where I know the inches of the waist.
I compared the measurement of those jeans with the Carhartt sizing chart and landed on this size.
I have washed and dried these pants and they are a perfect fit.
For reference I am 5’8” and weigh 160 lbs.
