You can even get a nice house for 100 usd per month in Dar es Salaam, in places like Bunju, Tegeta, Madale and Boko

You can get a big house even 150, 250 to 350 usd per month in Dar es salaam. But a bit outside of the City centre coz Dar es salaam is a huge City like T3&Me. These house from mr goblack are in or close to City centre and the beach that's why they are pricey

That's a "mzungu" price. Ive seen larger houses with more land for a lot less than this price. But it does depend on the area. If it's an area with foreigners and wealthy this may be the going rate. But there are nice areas with lovely homes that are much cheaper.
People should be discriminating doing your research in country before you make a y commitments. Africa is wonderful just be careful before you drop your coins 💯

Some agents are charging 500,000 tsh to show & 1 month rent upon agreement with landlord to rent. But I guess everyone has to hustle I guess. I found very similar for only 800,000 tsh no middle man no extra fees but once it’s known people are able to get this extra money everyone will follow suit. In my opinion I can wrong I don’t think I know everything
